Neil was absolutely amazing! His level of professionalism and kindness exceeded my expectations. From the second, we walked in the store. He was so helpful and honest. I didn’t feel like somebody was trying to sell me something, but actually helped me and was willing to show me different things that might work out a little better. Neil has gone above and beyond. The most pleasant experience i have ever had making a huge purchase. 11 out of 10 would highly recommend. He knew everything there was to know about everything on his floor. No pressure at all.

Ask for Neil!
We were trying to buy the same bed we bought our 3.5 year old for our 1.5 year old. We were told by another store that Howell had the "equivalent" and came in to pick it up without even feeling it. Thankfully Neil talked us into feeling it before purchasing as it was way too soft for a growing child. We ended up finding a much more suitable better mattress for an even lower price.

I can’t say enough about Sleep Expert Evan from Mattress Firm. He was so very kind and knowledgeable. The entire purchase from placing the order to the setting up the delivery and removal of old bedding was painless and stress free. Really great guy….Thank you Evan!!!!
