Horrible customer service. Brand new wheelbarrow not put together properly plus missing bolt. Brought back unused within 2 days and given grief. Similar issue with a weed wacker with an extended warranty. Wanted to charge me $85 in case I didn't use it properly. Go to home Depot instead.

There's nobody to help you. While this store has been mismanaged for years, the last year or two simply is the rock bottom. Home Depot has employees in every department so try there first if you need more than a bag of dirt.

Ordered online to pick up in store. When I went to pick up the potting soil the bags were a disaster. I can't believe that an employee would pick bags that look like this that were all wet. The employee I spoke to said it was the vendors fault, which I do not believe.Got my money back and went elsewhere. Very disappointed.

You can find just about anything as far as home improvement goes in the store and then some. The store is huge. There are a few rude employees, but that's another story.

Most pathetic experience. They insist they know what they are doing. Send you home with the wrong part. When you return even the manager doesn't want to come out and help you and the two idiots that "helped" in the first place have disappeared!!! Laughable. They are lucky the depo is even worse.
Tried again... My mistake. Dryer belt broke and my wife was at target. I called her and asked her to pick up a dryer belt. Gave her the model number and all. The guys there sent her home with a belt that doesn't fit... They had all the info. They just had to look it up! So disgusted. Lazy and stupid, but pretending to know what they are talking about.

Ted was a very helpful employee. He handled an irrational customer at customer service with professionalism, was able to help my cashier with a return right after, and then pointed me in the direction of the tool I was looking for amidst the St. Patrick’s day chaos.

It was not my best experience, ? I went to get the copy of the key ? from my car ?, I waited until a person arrived, who apparently did not know how to use the machine, after 20⏳ minutes and seeing that the person could not configure the machine?️ and get the copy, I went to ?...I clarify that the people who served me were very polite and attentive, they just didn't know how to operate the machine well, one of the people suggested I go to another Lowe's, but I gave up and choose to go to a site that specializes in locksmithing.
