DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE CLEANER. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I brought my nice Charles Tyrwhitt shirts here and they tore up the collars on 3 of my shirts. I brought it back to them just to ask for a refund because they are now unwearable. The owner came out and refused to accept responsibility for the shirts, then proceeded to tell me my shirts were “***** and it wasn’t his fault… these shirts are $100 each. He claimed they were 20 year old shirts so I showed him the receipt from 1 year ago and he told me to take them to small claims court because there would be no refund. I also found out they are overcharging by double the price after asking the cleaner across the street what they charge for the same service. You can go to any other dry cleaner for half the price and much better service.

Worst dry cleaner ever! Not worthy of a one star rating (zero stars is not an option here).They completely ruined my jacket and tie. Whatever process they use created sploches where the color was bleached out. I had to throw out the items. I brought in perfectly good clothing and they made them into trash. Incompetent and rude about it as well. Avoid Landmark Cleaners in Howell at all costs!

I rarely write reviews but was so appalled at how I was treated I felt it was necessary. I've been coming here for years for alterations and dry cleaning. Services were generally fine with a small issue here or there that was quickly addressed (for ex. underarm area not completely cleaned, altered hem became loose after one wear, etc.) My husband wore a new dress shirt once that I dropped off for cleaning and to be pressed with an open collar. He even tried the shirt on again before I dropped it off. It looked great. It shrunk so bad that he could not close the buttons and the sleeves were above his wrists! The male owner insisted he did nothing wrong and kept saying no, no, no that it can't be. He insisted on calling the store where I purchased the shirt from! Additionally, I asked the seamstress to hem the sleeves on two wool sweater coats and to dry clean both. These two were shrunk too! The wrist area was so short and the length went from under my thigh to under my buttocks! He insisted that all customers would complain about shrinkage if this was his error. However all fabrics are different and clearly this type of wool, and the stretch in my husband's dress shirt, required a gentler cleaning! As he said, they got thrown into his dry cleaner machine with hundreds of other clothes. I explained that I had come here for many years and never had shrinkage issues. They are supposed to be the professionals and should have advised me properly! I truly resent being spoken to in such an unprofessional manner and essentially being called a liar! He did offer to redo the sleeves on my sweater coats and try to stretch the hem down on them as well. However, he made it seem as if I was playing some sort of game to get the money back for the shirt. The aggravation became so unbearable that I took my items and walked out! NEVER AGAIN.

They are the best! Covid bride and they did my wedding dress, all my bridesmaids, and groomsmen. They made sure everything was done on time and even requested follow up appts until they were happy with the finish as well as myself. Definitely recommend!

My friend got her wedding dress and I got my bridesmaid dress tailored and dry cleaned here. The woman who owns this dry cleaning place is very kind and she did an awesome job!! There was also a dark stain on the wedding dress she pointed out to us during our first visit, and now we can't even tell there was anything there before. We both now fit into our dresses perfectly and have one less thing to worry about for the upcoming wedding!

Brought a bedspread that had been stained badly by a doggie accident. Didn't have much hope. Just picked it up and it is perfectly cleaned. Not only is the stain gone but an older stain in another spot that another Howell cleaner could not fix is magically gone!!!! My new GO TO cleaners!!!
