I took my son here today who was VERY nervous. We had gone to the Jackson location (who dismissed us after 5 minutes because he was too upset) and I was nervous the same would happen here. I was blown away by the entire staff. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch the name of the phlebotomist but she was phenomenal! She not only gained his trust, she successfully kept him calm during the draw. I am beyond impressed and cannot thank them enough!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Don’t go here unless you want incompetent, unprofessional service!We went in for bloodwork for my newborn baby… and not only did they not find her vein and prick BOTH her arms with needles, they did THE WRONG TEST! It’s supposed to be a tiny heal prick, and again — they stuck a whole needle in each of her tiny little arms!Rage doesn’t even start to describe what I feel. Towards this facility and all the folks that work there.

So I've been getting blood work for most of my life and tend to be a bit picky about how it's done (the type and size of the needle, which vein to use, etc). Today I went and my phlebotomist, Cammy, was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Somebody should toss her a raise.

Had an appointment made for over a week for 11:45 AM. they call me at 9:20 telling me I have to come before 11 since they are closing for lunch. We decided on 10:30. I arrived before 10:30 and was not taken until 11:10. The lady who drew my blood was absolutely rude and rushed me out of there. I do not recommend.

I am in and out fast. The people are polite enough. And the woman I get to draw my blood most times is excellent.

I had an AMAZING experience!! From the lady who checked me in and took my info, to the lady who took my blood! They were so nice and personable!! This will be my go to labcorp!! I highly recommend!!

I felt the need to write a review because this Labcorp location doesn’t have the best overall rating and I actually had a great experience there a few days ago. The whole process was seamless. I checked in from my car and received a text message when it was time to go in. They called me to one of their check in windows. Angie D. was at the desk and she was a pleasure to speak to. My phlebotomist, Nicole, did a great job. The office felt nice and open and was neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this location!

Ms. Angie D. was amazing with myself and my 5 year old son today. She was so patient with him and he felt much more comfortable and less scared due to her reassurance. Her blood draw skills are perfect. Thank you Ms. Angie. This LabCorp location is great, everyone is so pleasant and helpful

This rating is based on my most recent experience of going here and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is based on the kindness of the representative that takes ur insurance information & enters u in the system. Based on the actual bloodwork experience horrific take a look at the pic and it's self explanatory!! Either this tech. is very inexperienced or she just don't care one bit. Perhaps even both!
Don't get me wrong I typically always bruise after having blood drawn but nothing to this extent and sometimes I get luckly whereas I don't at all! Questionable as to if I will cont going here!

One of the front desk ladies needs to be fired, she’s lucky i didnt get her name. Made negative remarks indirectly towards me saying “does anyone have common sense today” when I was struggling with something. Quite spiteful, hostile and unprofessional if you ask me. Disgusted and will never be back. Teach your employees to treat others with kindness and respect.
