So long story short I was I was in a car accident in June 6/16/24 I broke my arm.I called customer service on 6/25/24 an asked them to freeze my account because I wasn't able to use the gym due to my injury so I was told my the rep that that froze my account. Then on 7/19/24 I see s charge on my account for 31.98 so I call the service dep explained to the lady hi I called on 6/16/24 to one of your reps that my account was frozen and I had a charge on my account. The customer service rep told me to call the gym and talk to the manager spoke to the manager was a lady went through the whole story again. The nasty rude manager was like I see no notes on your account I explained to her I spoke to your cooperate office on 6/25/24 not my fault they didn't document anything. Explained to her I was in a car accident and broke my arm so I couldn't use the gym I was told my account was on hold. The manger told me she would refund the 31.98 back to my card which hasn't been done she told me I takes 5 business days and still wouldn't put my account on hold if someone is unable to use a membership you should be understanding. Woke this morning there's another charge on my account for 31.98 on 8/15/24 , I want my account put on hold because I'm unable to use the gym for 6 months and a refund of my Monday for the 31.98 6/15/24 charges of 31.98 on7/19/24 and for 31.98 8/15/24 that's a total of 95.94 plus tax and I district manager to call me . Get better mangers because the way they talk to customers is awful

I went here countless times and the equipment wasn’t that sanitary and it such a headache canceling my membership. It shouldn’t be that hard to cancel it

This place went downhill after Covid, it’s not cleaned regularly anymore, the equipment was broken the times I went. The woman at the front desk told me the manager was on vacation so I couldn’t cancel my membership then and there. Had to go in twice just to find out the manager wasn’t on vacation. Could’ve easily cancelled via email or phone. Never getting an LA membership again.

Naija (unsure how to spell) manager of the gym. She is rude, obnoxious, threatened to call the police when reported the safety mats have been removed without explanation. Walked away and would not give instructions or information of how to speak with corporate to report the matter of the safety mats.

I went to this gym for the summer while visiting my family. I’m not from here, but the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with setting me up with the right plans. Not to mention the amazing variety of machines and overall cleanliness of the place.

I always get super nervous about trying out new gyms, but the staff and specifically Karen made the experience the most comfortable making my nervousness completely go away. The environment and cleanliness of this gym is what makes working out the highlight of my day. I would definitely recommend this place to people whether they’re beginner at working out or have been working out for years. There is a place for everybody here.

awesome gym, you hear a lot of bad stories about commercial gyms but this location is great. staff have always been nothing but helpful. a couple of times i had issues with my membership and the workers i spoke with were incredibly personable and easy to talk to. been coming here for a little over a year and a half and aside from the usual small inconveniences i’ve never had a problem with anyone or anything. clean gym, extremely helpful staff, couldn’t ask for a better place to work out.

Very friendly and clean place to workout. Been here for years and it never disappoints!!!
