I can’t say enough positive things about this company and the owner, Frank. Recently, I got a puppy for my three young kids, and unfortunately, the puppy started chewing on the carpet. I first went to another local store in Howell, but they dismissed me and told me to go elsewhere, which was very upsetting as someone needing my carpet fixed desperately.
My second stop was Frank’s store, and I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in. Frank went above and beyond, arranging for someone to come out the very same day to fix the two areas that needed replacement. When my puppy chewed another hole in the carpet, I returned to Frank’s store, and once again, he provided exceptional service and support.
I will always recommend Frank’s company and will return every time. The service is outstanding, and you get incredible value. Frank and his team truly go above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I have been to the store last week, I must say showroom has everything and anything when it comes to refurnish your house, store or anything as well. Also, there is something I can add up saying about floor or carpet cleaners you should really try “pure surface care” and you will surprised with the outcome just crystal clean and clear like new piece. I would highly recommend this place.

When we moved here 27+ years ago, we went to Just Carpets to re-carpet 1 small room. Since then we've gone back to them about 6 or 7 times for other jobs - primarily because their installers do great work. The big box stores can't beat the overall value and customer service you get from Just Carpets..

Friendly staff, I went in there with my fiancé to shop for an area rug for our new home. We were blown away by the selection they had in stock. Frank helped us find the perfect rug to fit our oddly shaped room. He offered to custom make a rug to fit the room but my fiancé had already fallen in love with the area rug we found in the display. We will definitely be going back to them for floors when we re do our kitchen next year!

Buyers beware!!! Besides an outdated and overpriced showroom floor. The Sales staff does not have a clue about the products that they selling.  unethical business practices at this location be careful of their paperwork and their term of using a rush on orders. They first try to sell you any product that they have available at the location if you’re not interested in any of those products they will order you anything you like but they consider it as a rush and there’s no opting out of the contract. They do not comply to the cool down law. Of signing a contract which is 72 hours in the state of New Jersey. The sales person that’s in charge of the order doesn’t return your call for over three days after the store has been notified that you want to cancel the order. I would check the local competitors she would find more selection and knowledgeable sales staff with reasonable prices and policy.  I left the store after placing an order within three hours I found out it was a product that I was not interested in putting in my home. I also felt that was misleading by the sales department. I made several calls to the store to cancel my order I was told I had to speak to the sales person dispels person did not return my call for three days. And his words of wisdom was you ordered the floor what do you want me to do with it it’s your floor. Poor public relations at this location. Frankie D is just as bad as his staff I fully understand where they got the training. This company prays on inexperience buyers.I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS FOR THIS COMPANIES ABILITY TO HIDE 1 STAR REVIEWS! DIG DEEP AND YOU WILL FIND BAD REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY!THIS STORE IS A RIP-OFF!!!!!!!

I was referred to you buy a family member. I wanted to get an estimate on carpeting for 4 bedrooms, long hallway and a runner on a staircase. I left a detailed message on their voicemail to call me back and I also left a message on their website. CRICKETS! No response on either. Oh well. You lost a $6,000 job. Signed a contract with someone else.

Karl is always so friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy. Noone hovers over you. I just went for a runner. I was given an amazing price and I was also given a beautiful big shopping bag with a big pocket, a pen, a big spray bottle of rug cleaner, a t-shirt and a folder and Karl's card. This is my 2nd time here and I am extremely pleased. Wouldn't waste my time anywhere else. They had exactly what I wanted both times and were cheaper than department stores.I would rate shopping as my least favorite thing to do so this place is perfect.

Spent $3200 on luxury vinyl flooring just after covid ended. All my tiles are lifting up due to tongue breaking. Salesman mentioned this tile sat in warehouse. Junk!the length

Not for me. Trying to buy 3,700 sq feet of wood flooring and they won’t let you bring the sample to your home and look at it in your light. That’s a no for me!
