“I have been using Quality Bath for years and will continue. They are the most knowledgeable team anywhere. They know the right configurations and will help you put them together. No more calling a company and knowing more about their product than they do! Last year I had seen a new kitchen faucet on the Franke website that looked like what I needed but the information was incomplete. I called Jack and he put me on a three way call with the Franke representative so that I could ask questions! It was perfect! Last month the hose on my Rohl kitchen faucet, purchased from them years ago, started leaking. I called to order a new one. Before I could say much of anything I was connected to the warranty department and spoke to Lea. I didn't even realize it was under warranty but within a few days there was a new hose on my doorstep! She solidified my loyalty! Last week I called and Avi helped me with a Toto toilet and washlet. I would have ordered the wrong combination without his help. I had called other places that did not mention the error and just priced what I told them I thought I wanted. With their help you will never need to return an item or have trouble with an item under warrant. Their prices are as low as you will find so buy from Quality Bath!”

“I stopped going to the Lowe's on Hooper Avenue because of the girl at the contractor check out she is miserable and has a bad tone all the time no personality at all I started going to the Manchester Lowe's and I deal mostly with the pro desk and they call it the pro desk because all these people at that counter act like pros and are knowledgeable with all their products they're unbelievable always helpful and I just dealt with the new guy there Mike for the first time on the phone he was so helpful great guy need more people like him there was a little problem with my order he straightened it right out I went into the store he went to the back and got Rebecca and they were both very very helpful can't say enough good things about these people and also the girl on the register who's generally there all the time at the commercial checkout is so sweet I forget her name always smiling and I've had some returns there and dealt with June and Angie and they're great I will always shop at this Lowe's and send all my customers there”
“Excellent sales people ? This was only my second time in this location and I was very impressed. The Brick nj store on rt 70 was easy to get to. I had to pick up a order the two saleswomen were very helpful and professional. The Christmas display was very nice I can't believe the prices on trees were so expensive but other than that everything was nice.”

I dont know if they have improved their services but I will be recommending them to my interior designer. I got the Charlotte **** for $7.34 (all other places had at ****) and the Kara **** for $6.93 (other places ****) so the savings definitely added up. ”
