If I could give this place zero stars I would. ZERO customer service. Every time I had made an appointment to get my nails done - when I would show up on time and sometimes earlier, Tina would always make me wait 30 minutes to an hour - I would be sitting there watching her send people who just walked in to Linda - the nail tech who I had made an appointment with, and who I was already waiting for. The last time I went to the salon I was waiting for over an hour for my appointment until my sister found out that I was still waiting and threw a fit that I hadn't made a fuss that I was still waiting while Tina kept sending people who just walked in to my nail tech. My sister called the salon to find out why I had not been seen when my appointment was well over an hour ago - and Tina hung up on her. The utter disregard and disrepect that Tina has for the clients is appalling!! That was the last time I walked into that salon and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Getting my nails done is not cheap and to be treated Poorly every time I get them done is not something that I will EVER put myself through again.

Absolutely love Diamond Nails in Howell! ? I always go to Linda and she gets the length and shape just right every time! ?? The pedicures are perfect as well! Everyone there is super nice and they’ll always go out of their way to get you the perfect nail color match. ? Color that I got in my nail photos are DND-119 (Frosty Taro).

I have been coming to get my nails done here for about a couple years now. I have tried many nail salons in Howell, they are practically on every block. But I am comfortable here I feel that it's clean and Even though they are usually busy they are very accommodating to schedule appointments. They aren't big on conversation but that's okay as long as they are polite and do good work. I get gel nails and they usually last 3 weeks. If I have a broken nail after I left they will squeeze me in to fix it. There are several that I like Tina the owner, Becky and Andy.

The worst nails salon everrr!!! I don’t recommend and don’t waste your money, I just leave the store and didn’t let the young lady to finish my nails I ask her if she can clean my nails because I have problem in my nail toe ingrown.. she really doesn’t know how to clean and iven that she hurts my nails and they don’t have respect for they clients. Don’t go ladies !!

I was there for my pedicure and manicure. It was not a good experience.
I had an appointment fixed and was waiting there for more than 30 mins.
Upon my turn, i showed a picture of how my pedicure and nailpaint should be and the end result was not the same. They asked me for extra charges when i pointed out it wasnt the same color i showed before.
The lady doing my pedi was all set to do the mani and her “other appointment” showed up and she left me hung and dry in someone else’s hands. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend if u value your time and money!
