They are the best people I've ever been to for my Car! Their prices are extremely fair and they didn't do extra work on my car without my consent! They called me before they made changes when they found extra things wrong with it and asked if I was okay and if I wanted them to fix it . The personality of everyone there is so genuine and kind and and they're very willing to explain things and help you 10 out of 10 place. I cannot recommend them enough. I recommend them to all my friends!

A Freehold Toyota service department blew-up my wife's Highlander ... twice. On both occasions their contracted towing service, Certified, was dispatched to assist her in collecting the vehicle for return to Toyota for 'repair.' After the second disablement the truck's pronounced dead.
Certified Auto Mall was quick to respond, had pristine equipment (flatbed), and Victor the driver was a terrific gentleman who worked the truck like an ace and most of all calmed my wife's frazzled nerves and emotional upheaval. This is a wrecker service folks, but aside from excellent equipment, they have tremendous, professional and caring employees who can relate to their clients. I've dealt with wrecker situations often in seven decades and maybe two others achieved this level of service and pride. Thank You Certified, and especially Victor.

I recently visited Certified Auto Mall and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The mechanics quickly diagnosed and repaired my car with great expertise and attention to detail.

I was given Certified Auto Mall as a recommendation from several of my friends. Had my son’s car dropped off as we were not sure what the issue was. They called me, explained, gave me pricing and had his car fixed in no time! HIGHLY recommend Certified Auto! ?? They are excellent!

Certified Auto Mall is the BEST place for your car servicing needs. Everyone on site is friendly & knowledgeable, the service is exceptional, and their work of the highest quality.
Going anywhere else is like saying you want a ribeye dinner but getting a sandwich from Arby's. Sure it may get the job done, but it's certainly not the best option. Get the ribeye, visit Certified Auto Mall.

These guys are the best! Sold them my old car and they were more than fair. Had them do some maintenance and break work on my new car. The car looks and runs great. Couldn’t be happier. You can trust them to deliver on time at a very fair price.

Billy is the best. For years his family has taken care of many people I know that have purchased a vehicle from him. The fact that he is willing to work with you unlike your traditional dealerships is what sets him apart from everyone else. He truly doesn't treat you like a customer. I am going to bring my fiance here now after she saw the way the guys over there were able to take care of me. I recommend anyone go to Certified Auto Mall if they are looking for their next car!

Will sell you broken cars , And by broken Mr Billy knows to give you some bull warranty that won’t cover the problem of the cars he sells with issues transmission or engine problems,stay away

I had my car towed (unfortunately) twice in the same week by Certified and both times I was met by the most polite and professional drivers I have ever dealt with. Both times I was given an estimated 60-90 minute response time, and both times they arrived well before that time frame. I’m sad to say I didn’t get either of their names, but I’m grateful for their quick response, polite service, and amazing pricing!
