My husband accidentally inserted his charge card in the money slot of the pay station for car wash. He went inside to talk with someone about getting it back. They said manager needed to be called . When he went back the manager was there but nowhere to be found and when he finally saw him he was extremely rude and nasty. He claims it might Cost him $500 to fix the machine now!!!. Then said it will take him a long time to unlock the machine. After waiting and waiting we decided to cancel the card and leave on the way home the receptionist called and said she had the card so back we went for the forth time.. This guy was so rude and on purpose made us wait not how you should treat an 73 year old man. We absolutely will never go back . We have taken our car there to get fixed and used the car wash a lot but never again !
