I had a major disaster when I installed my floors a few years back. Researched a lot about installers and was recommended to Glenn in the Howell location. Decided to go down to meet him and glad I did. Amazing showroom, wonderful man, honest and fair pricing and a job well done. PS. I also ended up doing the carpet on my second floor of my house and it came out great.

What a great experience this was! I have been wanting to carpet our slippery wood steps for years and finally did it! I always knew I would go to Carpets to Go when it was time, based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Glenn helped me pick the most perfect runner, and the guys did a great job with installation. It’s perfect!

We had a great experience working with Glen. We selected vinyl plank flooring and carpeting for the steps that really made the space in our refreshed basement bright and welcoming. The installers showed up as scheduled, finished on time and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Carpets to Go!!

Glenn took the time to show us around the store and the amazing selection of carpet on hand. His expertise guided us to a wonderful piece to replace our 10 year old carpet. We are so happy with the carpet and service Glenn and his staff provided. We will definitely return for future purchases.

Cannot say enough about the customer service at Carpets to Go! Glen and Dana were both welcoming, knowledgeable, personable, and more than okay with my kids running around the store (which made it helpful for me to search through carpets). The entire experience was super relaxing, which is hard to come across in most stores. The carpet we chose is amazing quality and looks fantastic in our home. We are so glad we chose Carpets to Go!

Just arrived home from Carpets To Go where, as always, my experience was downright amazing. Glenn and his staff are just so friendly. As I was looking around the store I was taken back by the selections they offer - there were so many different options to fit every price point. I used Carpets To Go when I purchased my house 3 years ago - they installed my carpeting beautifully and at a price no one in Monmouth County could beat. There is no pressure to buy anything when shopping at Carpets To Go - in fact, when I bought my house 3 years ago Glenn actually recommended a cheaper carpet for my son's room which he thought was comparable to the more expensive one I was looking at which saved me a few hundred dollars. That carpet looks ALMOST as good today as it did when it was installed 3 years ago. Carpets To Go is a local business that supports its community - I ask that we support them! You'll never have to wonder if you are getting the best price or a fair shake because Glenn at Carpets To Go would never have if any other way.

Carpets To Go truly deserves every bit of this 5 star + review. Purchased 3 area rugs of different price points and all look fabulous. They have a huge amount of inventory to choose from in their pristine Howell showroom. Glen and his team are super accommodating and highly professional. They truly care about their customers and the quality of service they provide. It’s evident in their finished products . Can’t wait to go back for my next purchase!

When we walked in to Carpets to Go we had no idea what we wanted as it has been many years since we purchased both flooring and carpet. WOW! Carpets To Go has the best service I have ever experienced! Glenn the owner is absolutely amazing to work with! He had everything I needed in stock and came when he said he would and did such an incredible job installing 3 rooms of carpeting. He was meticulous and neat. What a pleasure to go into a store and have someone who cares about the customer. Dana and Glenn, the owner, were so nice to deal with. There was no sales pressure and they took a lot of time answering questions and explaining many things to me. They have a large selection of rugs with beautiful patterns and colors. I was at the store for 2 hours. I was very pleased with the men who installed the carpet. The room was spotless when they left. I will definitely buy wall to wall carpeting for my other room at Carpets To Go.

This review is coming three weeks after the installation was completed. I would feel very remiss if I didn't leave a comment about Carpets to Go in Howell. We personally rely on customer comments when looking an excellent company and found that with this one. From the moment we walked into the store until the installation was completed, our experience with Steve, the salesman / estimator to the two installers (didn't get there names) were excellent. Steve showed us many carpets in all price ranges, no pressure, he only wanted to make sure we were happy with our selection. Now the install. I have had many carpets installed in previous homes I've owned and no installer ever swept the floor after removing the old padding & staples and then vacuumed all the carpet after the installation was complete. That is the kind of service you get when go to Carpets to Go. They installed almost 1000 sq/ft of carpet (including stairs) and it looks great. We would highly recommend this company!
