I'll be honest, for a store that size to have little to no staffing they keep it well organized and clean. You can't help customers who just throw stuff around and have no respect for the store itself but you can tell the staff keeps it well. As far as waiting in line, even with the short staffing it moves pretty quick.

The store IS clean, but of course certain areas are 'destroyed' more than others...especially the shoes & makeup area.Some women are unbelievable.The wake of destruction they leave behind...the shoe area looked like a tornado swept through!Women...be a WOMAN & put the shoes you had on your feet back on the shelf where you got them.At least pick them up off the floor!Don't bag on men for being slobs when this department was annihilated by women slobs!SHAME ON YOU!!!NO NEED TO POST PICS.THINK OF WHAT BLACK FRIDAY WOULD LOOK LIKE!...and this was just an ORDINARY day!

This is the worse Burlington coat factory in the area. We all stood in line for 10 minutes while the manager helped another cashier. Instead of opening another register after we asked multiple times she continued to ignore us. I became so upset I just walked out and left my cart. Terrible customer service!

I called this location regarding if they had an item in stock, they said sure let me go look. A few minutes later another employee picks up the phone and says hello how can I help you and I asked again and you can hear the other employee say “just tell her no we don’t have it” I said is there any possible way you can tell me? And they said no you need to come in and look for it yourself. Terrible customer service and I wish they answered with their names. Never will go back.

I know you will all be shocked but here I stand in checkout 21 deep only 2 open registers yet two additional people behind the counter oh wait they opened a third register. I am at this store several times a month. Last weekend in fact for a long wait to checkout. Awful !

For men's business casual there is very little or nothing to chose from. Other departments within the store seemed to have a larger selection to select from.
