Rude and disrespectful security guard. Extremely nasty and mean to me when all I was trying to do was leave the store. I don’t plan on coming back simply because of my experience with him.

All products are excellent, but they need more staff to collect, they have 7 boxes and there are only 2 people to collect, 45 minutes I had to wait to be able to pay for my products, not good

I was very surprised to see bad reviews about this store. This store is actually very clean and well organized and the staff is always professional and helpful.
I was there one time when there was a mini tornado in Howell and the store manager was present and active to ensure the safety of everyone there.
Of course it depends on the day, but for the most part it’s always clean and organized. My only gripe is the 2 cashiers no matter how long the line is.

It's good to buy quality products at a very reasonable price, visitors/people keep mass up the displays, customers leave item open, through in shelves therefore this behaviour store looks like a junk sale whereas the products are brand. I would suggest to the Management to focus and control this part however overall I had a good experience

My store experience was absolutely fine until I got to the register where I had to deal with a woman named Belinda. She is one of the snobbiest rudest people I have ever come across working customer service. She should literally work at a McDonald’s with her face and her attitude, she not only provided one of the worst customer service experiences, but she also refused to give me a hanger for a dress that I purchased, she was irritated that I asked for a $.10 bag, refused to enter my loyalty phone number, and made me do it myself, and then proceeded to throw the receipt in my face, so I wanted to let everybody know to Be on your toes if you see this woman because she absolutely sucks at her job and should be fired. I did contact corporate.
