Drove down here to Howell from Matawan to 'benefit' from my Capitol One BJ's Gas Discount. Ha. What a WASTE of time & effort. Price is $3.31. Is only $3.27 at my local 7-eleven. Had to wait 20 minutes in a (stupid) queue because the gas pumps are single pumps only AND the hoses aren't long enough to reach across and they don't allow cars to come from the other direction. HORRIBLE. INEFFICIENT. WASTE! NOT WORTH IT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I canceled my membership.

Went shopping at 11:30 AM and aisles were closed. Theses were aisles of items we came shopping for. Pallet movement and use of machinery should be done prior to or after shopping hours. Had to leave with half of my shopping not completed.

Besides the store always being understaffed and having long waits for the delivery and check out, no one that works there knowing where anything is… This is the 4th time in 2 months I opened a gallon of milk that was spoiled for my child. THANK GOD I pay attention to milk of my poor 2 year old would be sick from them. Opened it today 5/4, the milk has a 5/16 date on it. 4 times within 2 months is CRAZY. When our membership expires in July we are done with BJs. Costco is better anyway just not as convenient to get to but will definitely make the trip now

This post is regarding the gas attendant not the store. Bjs offers a credit card which touts $.15 off every gallon of gas. Today I was on line with 2 cars ahead of me. Zack the gas attendant closed off 4 lanes to my right then proceeds to put a cone in front of my car. After waiting about 8 minutes the whwn person in front of me was done Zack tells me "I'm done at 5 the lane is closed" It was 5:02 and 2 people behind me. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I asked him his name and he told me go ahead. Make a complaint about me. I don't care. You want my last name? I called and spoke to Jessica, a manager, and made my complaint. TERRIBLE customer serveice A very friendly, accommodating gas attendant at QuickCheck got Zacks $5 tip!

I pulled up 7 minutes before closing and the gas attendant really wanted to serve me because we're good friends. There was a boss there who was very nasty and wouldn't allow them to serve me I like this gas station but I do not like it's managers. The gas attendance are

Joseph cardone at the gas station was so nice and considerate when pumping my gas definitely recommend bjs gas, although there was a short wait it was definitely worth it because of the gas prices

i went there and the gas attendant was openly scratching his genitals, it was absolutely disgusting, i believe he had a bit of a beard, orange/blonde hair, and was wearing pajama pants and a sweatshirt, this experience was absolutely appalling

Horrible place to get gas. The lines are too long, the layout is chaotic with employees having to run from pump to pump and there are too few employees working. Once I got to the pump, I still waited 10 minutes for the attendant to get to me. Total wait time is 30-45 minutes. I much prefer Costco

I like that they have a deli with good prices. I hate that it’s always understaffed, resulting in LONG wait times. I’m here now, waiting for over half an hour with a crowd of customers waiting and two employees behind the counter. One nice gentleman is finally helping me and he looks exhausted. Another woman is filling orders placed on the app. Both are pleasant and trying hard. Not their fault. I feel bad for them.I like that that have a gas station with excellent prices. I hate that it’s always understaffed and the design is terrible to get into to, resulting in LONG wait times.When leaving the store, the woman checking your receipt goes through everything with a fine-tooth comb, resulting in LONG wait times when leaving the store. At Costco, it goes MUCH quicker, proving that it doesn’t have to be that way.Once I bought tires there. Tires were fine, but they were understaffed. There was ONE person working there, who was responsible for filling propane tanks, installing tires, and helping customers at the register.Notice a theme here? Not the employees fault. The whole store is always understaffed. I brought this up to the manager once and was told that they are hiring, but no one wants to work. I don’t have these issues at Costco, a similar store. Why don’t they have the same issues staffing their stores?

Very bad behavior from a lady in front who checks the receipt..
Well I had a very bad experience with this person, I went to the cashier and paid for all my things, well I go out and the lady starts counting one by one. Well, I don't care because I have a clear and complete conscience. He tells it again one by one, giving me a hard time because I had to go to work. Because I am Hispanic, he told me like that and it turned out that the cashier had not charged me for the cheese and I needed it for my lunch ? I called the manager and they told me but I tell him how ridiculous this person makes me feel. It's not my fault and others passed by and looked at what I was telling them but lies don't take as long as they did with me, that's a racist. … it must be the same for everyone, one person came with two cars and finished quickly. Tell me you What's that ???? I'm ending my membership and won't go back to that place again. The manager didn't tell me anything... I mean, I'm the bad one here.
