BJ's Tire Center offers nice professional service. When a tire loses air, the installer can find an unfixable nail, replace the tire with a new one and put it on in about an hour. Shoppers note a great experience at the Howell location where the manager and installer make everything go smoothly, notifying the car and having it out within 30 minutes. The gas station is a hot mess, with never enough pumps open and attendants doing their best but severely understaffed, making it not worth the few Pennie's saved. Shoppers love coming here for groceries, great price goods, sales, coupons and the close gym area for errands run.
Kevin is so nice and professional, I was losing air in my tire and he was able to take me right in, find out an unfixable nail was in my tire, then get a new and put it on. The whole thing only took about an hour. I didn't know what I would do and he saved me. Kevin is my hero!

I saw past reviews and was shocked because I had such a great experience at howell location. I had to replace a tire and from start to finish the manager made everything go smoothly. Was notified to bring car in and within 30 minutes I was out . So I would like to thank the installer and manager for such great service.
