On June 28th, Kim demonstrated the functions of the machine to me. She did an excellent job at explaining all the functions and answered any questions I had perfectly. She’s a very nice person and I recommend her to anyone else.

At home has had absolutely awful service. no one answers the phones and my shipments are always late. I have been waiting a whole month for my current shipment. this is for feeding supplies for my special needs daughter who is on a feeding pump. can you imagine not having food for your child??? they should be ashamed of themselves.

My honest opinion is this place sucks from the first time I went to pick up my bi Pap /c- Pap machine nothing but horrible experience sat there for hours and was told I would be compensated never was then they’ve done nothing but screw up my medical billing from day one when trying to contact the billing office no one ever wants to call you back or figure out how to fix the billing and then when you stop paying the bills because you’re tired of paying for something and told that you’re gonna get a credit they send you to collections. This place needs to get his act together my honest recommendation is find a different company to get your medical supplies from if I can give them -5 stars I would i’m also in the process of filing a a complaint with the New Jersey bank and insurance company about at Home Medical

Dawn Miesowitz came to my home to teach me how to use my new ResMed airsense 11 CPAP machine. She was on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable about products and service. She is my respiratory therapist and i’m lucky. She is great!

I had a great experience with rep “Dave”who was assigned to explain usage of my cpap machine. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable re: all aspects of machine, and helpful with mask and finding the right fit for me. I have taken his advice and I am using it every night, and I do see improvement when I wake up, and have more energy.Overall positive experience.

If I can give this company negative 5000 stars I would. They never answer the phones or their emails. My auto ship for my equipment is over 2 weeks late. I had to resort calling the respiratory therapist begging for them to relay the message and I have yet to receive a call. This company is garbage.
