My son has been going to Applehill Academy in Howell for 2 years. He loves going to see his friends, his teachers and learn! I am so fond of the way Miss Heather leads her staff and spends time with the kids. Everyone there is always cheerful and excited to see us. I love the switch to Kids and Company as well. The app is awesome and I am always up to date on what my son is doing on a hourly basis. We are definitely an Applehill family!

I have been working at Apple Hill for a few months and my son attends as well. It’s been great! My son is very happy at drop off and the app to let me know about his day is helpful.

My daughter has been going to Apple Hill for about a year now. The staff is so friendly and they really seem to know each parent/guardian. My daughter loves going, and often runs away from me during pick up to go back to playing and learning with her friends. She has become so talkative and social throughout her time there. We would highly recommend!

We’ve been part of the Apple Hill family for 6 years! Our almost 3 year old loves going to school and over the past 6 month has made so many strides in talking and communicating. He is always singing songs and telling us about his day and all his friends. The teachers are kind and caring and I’m always greeted with a smile.

The staff always have a smile on their faces when my family comes in everyday. My kids really enjoy the learning experience they get while here. If there is ever an issue, the staff bring it to the directors attention and call me immediately to inform me so I’m thankful for that.

Would give apple hill 0 stars if I could! My family usually loves to build up others and their businesses, so this was very difficult to write. We sent our young daughter to Apple Hill and trusted the staff with our baby girl. However, I am heartbroken to say that she is about to turn 2 years old, and on her birthday will be littered with welts and bruises. It breaks my heart when we look back on photos of this milestone she is going to ask me “daddy why so I have so many injuries?”The staff at Apple Hill was not only condescending, but dismissive of our constant concerns of our daughters repeated injuries. (It also seemed the language barrier between us was something they heavily used to their advantage).I want to be very clear that I understand that toddlers are still learning to walk and are not always stable on their feet. I understand that sometimes babies do get hurt. But there is a difference between the occasional bump and scrape versus consistent and nearly constant injuries on a nearly daily basis. Not to mention, this facility should be baby proof! I expect if she falls she would be protected! Her injuries were constant. I had clients at my job questioning me as to why every time they saw my daughter she had a new injury. Some of these clients see my daughter once or twice a month! She was picked up 2-3 days in a row with new lumps on her head. The black eye she received has left a scar. Each time I look at it, I feel I failed her.The worst part was seeing my daughter so badly bruised, knowing the people that were supposed to protect her were the ones who couldn’t give me any answers. When I asked for documentation, they had none when I asked for video they had none. They also suggested watching the live stream video from their lobby, but if I was able to sit and watch my daughter all day from their lobby, I would’ve had her in my home where I knew she would be safe. Instead, I was working to give her the best life possible. Instead of listening and trying to reassure us, they downplayed our feelings and tried to pass off some of these wounds as bug bites. when i asked for any incident report, the women was rude and meant to ask me what do i do. and then when i said i am a nail tech. she behaved like this " oh, that's cool" . i wonder what do i do has any matter with how my baby should be treat here. Even if i am just mother. i feel like i need to know if any thing would happen to my baby. However, after taking her to a doctor, it was confirmed they were welts and bruises and not bug bites. Sadly, I do not feel comfortable, leaving our daughter in their care anymore, as they had no idea what was going on with her. I fear I will never know if it was a staff member, another child, or unsafe facilities. I also learned many new things about this facility only after my concerns were brought to light, such as at the end of the day all ages of children are brought together, and the teachers couldn’t explain how she got hurt which means they weren’t watching her.I don’t write this review to hurt them because tarnishes a reputation doesn’t bring me joy, I write it to hopefully protect another child from injury. i hope google not gonna erase my honest review once more time because of some reason. It is a honest review from a mother who love her daughter, who was upset about how she was treated and how people here upset to me after 4 months experiences here.

Apple Hill Academy has been amazing for my 3 year old son. After our previous preschool closed unexpectedly, Jill the owner of AHA was so helpful and welcoming and made my sons transition so seem less. He loves going to “the green school” and has been showing great improvements in both his language skills and imagination and creativity since starting. We get daily pictures and curriculum sheets as well as monthly calendars to keep us well informed which as a parent helps us to continue his education at home. I’m so glad we chose Apple Hill Academy for our son.

My husband and I spent a decent amount of time doing research as to where to send our three year old and we decided to go with Apple Hill Academy in Howell. It’s been about 4 months now and we are very happy with our decision. We were initially worried as this was our Son first structured classroom setting , but he loves it!My Husband and I really like the daily email the school sends detailing what the children learned. It helps us continue the education at home and initiate conversations with him.Everyone has been very friendly and pleasant to speak with. We like the open communication so we know what’s going on.Certainly happy with our decision and our son is happy as well.

My daughter started at the Howell location about 3 weeks ago! She was welcomed with smiles and open arms. Skylar loves Miss Jill and all of her teachers. Skylar is well taken care of and always comes home a happy toddler. Any concerns are handled with urgency and always taken care of. We love Apple Hill Academy Howell!!
