Ive never done a review before but i had to with how horrible my experience was at this new store, i went in to get a slurpee and some wings, i got to the counter and the guy was half asleep, i say hello and his eyes open, i pay for my items and go to my car to eat, i come back to get a refill on my slurpee which i thought was free since it is a open fountain … I dont really go to 711, (wawa for the win) i was going to ask the guy at the counter but he was with a customer so i step out with my refill and the guy yells for me to come back and pay so i come right back understanding that the refill was not free, he is still with the customer he was with originally so i wait for them to finish as he is taken care of the customer he starts talking to me saying that i must think that he is stupid, i said no i honestly thought it was free, then he continued to talk to me in an unpleasant was so i got mad at him because i am not going to just let him talk to me in that way so i got mad and off instinct i threw the refill behind the counter and said i dont want the drink anymore, he was still with a different customer at this time, so i go to my car to head out and he comes out and throws the cup at my car. Just sad how little this guy knows about customer service and how not to make a small problem into a big one.

This store rates zero for customer service. The clerk/manager/owner acted very rude, and they did not make attention. What they are doing them are very respectful

Rude. Attitude. Went to cash 4 lottery scratch offs. Lady asked me how much was the winnings? I asked why? (run them thru the machine and you'll see) She said because she already paid out 1600 and might not be able to pay me. PLEASE.(The winning tickets equaled 22 bucks) Oh They have NO problem SELLING tickets, but they have issues with cashing when you win??

I'm a regular patron of this store & every encounter with the older Indian woman is unpIeasant . It takes nothing to smile at a customer or say thank you but this lady is incapable. Someone should school her on customer service!

The lady that works during the day harrasing ppl about how the pay for it, won’t even grab my money out my hand or when you use your rewards she says nope they don’t work!!! She has be worsted every single day I’m gonna go on high tips with her !! Worste personal experience ever

This store rates zero for customer service. The clerk/manager/owner acted like he didn't understand the 711 promotions and kept refusing to honor a promo that I showed him was on the app with his store location showing up as participating. He kept mumbling "I don't know" and insisting on full price. He was nasty. Lousy experience! Check out the reviews here and go somewhere else! I wish I would have seen the terrible reviews before going there.

Just went to this 7-11to get wings , the app and the ad on their door say 5for $10 and the guy works there told me would charge me $15 . I ask him to call his manager to teach him how to do the membership discount , he told his manager was sleeping and he had zero intention to help at all . Good luck with your business and your sleeping manager .

Is this location moving north on RTE 9 next to Starbucks where the Exxon used to be? Old Exxon location has a sign up saying 7-11 coming soon. New Location same bad reputation?

Don't go here! This Store price gouges it's American customers. The couple that own this store are thieves! They have also been accused of keeping winning tickets and telling the ticket holders they are no good.
