The owner is very receptive to feedback. They have surveillance cameras, which make me feel reassured. I love their name. It’s very charming and goes along with Hopewell Borough’s aesthetic. The facility is very clean. They deliver your laundry that they wash and dry for you. I would highly recommend! It feels like I can be in a laundromat with style. (My place in the Borough is very quaint and my only complaint is that I don’t have a washer and dryer!)
I wish they’d get rid of the smoke shop next door though. It attracts some shady characters, so please be forewarned. Again, the cameras are reassuring.

I stumbled upon The Hopewell Laundress when my washing machine decided to take a break, leaving me in need of a laundromat after years. What a fortunate turn of events! The staff was diligently washing and folding clothes from laundry bags, piquing my curiosity. I discovered their laundry delivery service and decided to give it a shot.
I can't emphasize enough how much of a game-changer this has been for me. My clothes are whisked away in the morning and magically reappear in the afternoon - neatly folded, categorized, and separated by person. Organizing them in my drawers now feels like I have a personal house staff! The level of customer service is unparalleled, and the pricing is reasonable.
The time I've saved is invaluable, and I can't recommend this company enough. They have truly outdone themselves with their impeccable service for both households and businesses. If I could, I'd give them a million stars. Thank you, The Hopewell Laundress, for making my life so much easier!

Our washer broke and couldn't be fixed for three weeks. The Laundress to the rescue. not really cheap, but such quality and care. we had four sets of sheets done for something like $30 and they were beautifully folded and smelly very gently of lavender. How lovely! And the proprietor who was there at the time was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very clean laundromat and machines are always available. Make sure to bring your own laundry supplies as there is a limited selection available for purchase. Washing machines are $4-10 depending on load size. Dryers are $0.25/4 mins. Extremely convenient for borough locals.

My family and I have enlisted to help of these superheroes to handle our formidable loads on more than one occasion. We are more impressed with their laundry prowess with each mounting success. Fast, thoughtful (setting aside the occasional change or electronic left in one's pockets), neat and convenient, the Hopewell Laundress provides wash and fold service with local pickup/delivery for a nominal fee. As a military family, we have used many a laundry service, and this one is tops.

This is by far the BEST wash dry fold service EVER!!! I work with horses and my clothing takes a beating and let’s say have their own unique aroma. I used the Hopewell Laundress today for the first time and my clothes have never been cleaner or fresher smelling. I wish there were a way to give more then 5 stars. This business has gone above and beyond anything I could have expected!!!

No bathroom washers and driers cost more than other coin ops. I go there only because it is never crowded and is the closest laundromat to my dwelling. Put in a bathroom and the review goes up two more stars

This service is an absolute gem. I've used a lot of laundry services and this is the best one by far. They take your laundry, if you live nearby they'll pick it up for you. They do an excellent job washing and will use organic detergent if you request. And they drop it off at your door if you're within their drop off region, folded and tied up in neat little packages ready to put back in your closet. They have lots of billing options including venmo. It's a family-run business and the people are delightful to work with. 10/10 would recommend. If you found this page don't think anymore just do it- if you need any more motivation just imagine the amount of time you'll save that you can devote to other things you love. Btw I'm not affiliated with them in any way just a very big fan of the service and the team.
