We are casual riders. Trek mountain bikes, nothing fancy for a family. For the past 2 years we have taken our cycles for a tuneup at sourlands and every year time they come back less than tuned up. Dry chains, brakes that pulse the tires, replace inner tubes that have slipped off the rim. When I called about the inconsistencies the customer service was less than accommodating. I wish them success but we'll go elsewhere.

I have been working on bike fit with Tom Mason for a while. During my most recent visit to Sourland Cycles I received friendly service from a couple of the members of their team. In fact, one of their mechanics happens to live around the corner and came into the shop on his day off to check out some front end noise I was dealing with. Incredibly cool stuff. And to top it off, I left my sunglasses on the counter and the business owner met up with me later that day to return them to me. I own a specialty retail store myself and I really value this kind of service and experience. It is easy to say "shop local" but it is also easy to be succumb to the convenience of shopping online. Get up and get out to support your local specialty retailers. If we keep saying "shop local" but don't actually do it, awesome businesses like this one won't be around for ever!

Once again Sourland Cycles provided world class service. With a full Ironman literally four days away, their team (Sam, Alex, and Katie) took my bike in for a last minute tune up to make sure it was safe to ride. They completely aligned, tuned up, and repositioned it to my original fitting specs. With that said I was able to complete the entire 112 miles without an issue. Noticed how smooth the bike felt which boosted my confidence along the way. Thank you again for taking care and helping me along the way with my Tri journey. Looking forward to seeing you guys again!

Bought a bike there this past weekend. Went to many other bike shops and the service from sourland cycles was head and shoulders above the others. They really care that you are buying the exact right product for yourself. The spent a lot of time adjusting every single test bike I road and making sure it was the best possible product. Extreamly happy customer.

Trust me I never ever write any of these reviews but felt impelled to let you guys know this is a class act shop. First off I live in Doylestown and make the trip. That should speak volumes but these guys will do whatever it takes to get your ride perfect. I had a hellacious creak issue that these guys went above and beyond to rectify. Such a good vibe as soon as u walk in the door. When I hit the lottery and open up my own shop I'm taking all of these folks with me. Long live the Sourland. Frank B.

We dropped 20 yr old bikes off for a tune up. Price was great and service was completed in just a few days. Bikes that were resistant when pedaling are riding like new. It should be noted that we made an appt ahead of time for service. I found the whole process to be easy and quick and am happily riding my bike again. I am a light wkly use recreational rider.

Sourland Cycles is a class act, they do right by their customers. If you are looking for a shop that is knowledgeable, has excellent customer service, and is fair look no further. They went above and beyond on every aspect of my purchase. Test riding bikes, making calls to dealers, answering ALL of my questions, I can’t say enough. Highly recommended. Go there and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

How do I start… This was the best sales experience I’ve had buying anything before and I’m an avid outdoorsman who likes to spend his money. I chose this shop to buy my first mountain bike and was greeted with an entire staff of helpful and Knowledgable people. I drove an hour away and arrived at closing time. Despite that I was not rushed and went way into their closing hours trying to make my purchase. I walked out absolutely delighted with my new bike. The store owner is an amazing person whom matched the price deal I found online, continued to give me deals on extra gear such as a helmet, an provided a wealth of knowledge for a first time rider like myself. Could not recommend this bike shop more.

Awesome shop! Stopped in with some issues with the BOA dial on my shoe. Sam was incredibly welcoming and shared great insights on the local riding. Tom was able to fix my shoe quickly and permanently. Great inventory of all bikes. What a pleasure
