“Hope went out of her way to secure hard to find “Kitty Kubed” boxes that our bunnies love to sleep in and now has a limited quantity of them available for sale in her store. Her shop is very well stocked with all the supplies necessary for any pet including high quality food, treats and toys. She is deeply committed to small animal rescue and has numerous pets on site available for adoption. Stop in for a visit.”

“I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”

“We stopped in most recently to get a harness for a new dog we just adopted. Olivia was great. She offered recommendations on which harness would meet our needs and she made sure we got the right size. We love it so much we went back and got another one for our other dog. Love that we can bring our dog in with us. Makes getting the right fit easier.”
“Great store for more of the specialty good for Dogs and cats. Go here to get my pitties Fromm Gold Senior dog food. Large 30lb bags always in stock and best price compared to other local pet shops that carry Fromm. Also have a free membership that you can get free stuff after buying multiples of your regular items. Store contains things and brands for your dog that you don't find in the big chain pet stores. Plus they made specialty made treats just for your dog from cookies to cakes to you name it. Really nice if your dog has the stomach for it.”

“The store is very clean, organized, and super sweet staff. My only issues are that they don't have a lot of diversity in products (that you find in the small businesses) and they are short staffed (so you have to wait a bit for adoptions, live food for reptiles, fish, assistance finding something, and general around the store help). When the staff finally gets to you, they are the nicest people on the planet and make the wait seem not so bad after all.”
