“I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”
“This is a gem of a pet store that defies the “big box” chain stores. Loved the personal attention and their mission to rescue/rehome animals. They had many cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and birds while we were there for rehoming. If you are looking for a new pet- would highly recommend! We will keep supporting them w our purchases.”
“The owner was great. My fish tank had sprung a leak and instead of trying to sell me a larger tank that I didn't need or want for fish that were inherited he offered to take the fish off my hands for free so that they could go to a better home.”

“I have to tell you all that if you need a grooming service this is where you need to go. This might sound corny but the group that works here has become family. My dog Bo used to have extreme anxiety going other places now since i have been going here he’s like “ ok bye” and loves everyone there. Great professionalism, enthusiasm, and such a great group within grooming and through employees at Flemington Petsmart in general. The manager is always so nice and you can tell everyone really likes him.”

“We came in today to buy a coat for my dog with impossible proportions (she is small, short, and long). They had a great selection, and we left with something warm that finally fit my dog right. She was zooming around the store with her tail up high when she tried it on! Definitely recommend this store for winter clothes! I have also been happy with their selection of toys and treats, and their friendly staff.”

I have special needs dogs that require a specific diet and I peppered her with a ton of requirements I needed when deciding on a new food. She listened to my feedback, made recommendations and showed genuine interest in assisting me. “The store is very clean, organized, and super sweet staff. My only issues are that they don't have a lot of diversity in products (that you find in the small businesses) and they are short staffed (so you have to wait a bit for adoptions, live food for reptiles, fish, assistance finding something, and general around the store help). When the staff finally gets to you, they are the nicest people on the planet and make the wait seem not so bad after all.”
