However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. “My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”

Upon entering, I was amazed at how large this place is. It's like shopping in a big warehouse with so many sections. Racks and racks of clothing. Casual Women's and Men's Tee-Shirts, Flannel Shirts, pants, Work Out Clothes, Winter Coats etc.There's an entire section for Work Clothes like Yellow and Orange Tees, Sweatshirts, Yellow with Silver Striped Rain Safety Jackets and Bibs. They have really nice Cargo Style Stretch Work Pants from Men's Wrangler Rigg , Kuhl Men's Radikl Pants ,Carhartt , Dovetail, Aristotle stretch Cargo Work Pants,Ariat Men's Stretch CargoUnderArmour, Lee, Cat, Dickies, O'Neil Women's Superfleece. Men's Pantagonia Style Trucker Jackets etc. There's a nice array of colors and sizes. Stanley Thermoses. Women's Free People Clothing. They sell Professional Uniforms, Girl and Boy Scout Uniforms, Hospital Scrubs,There's entire section of Men's Work Boots and Cowboy Boots. Women's Uggs and Boots and Slippers. They even have a section of Knives and Gun Holsters. If clothes are not your thing, there are entire sections of Mattresses, and Bedroom Sets. Two floors of Furniture of all kinds like Sectionals, Sofas, Recliners, Tables, and Side Tables, Hard Wood Flooring, Carpets, and an entire section of Kitchen Appliances. This is not the best place to come if you're in a wheelchair. The isles are not very wide. It can be overwhelming at times.We found everything we needed and the prices were fair. Some of the staff was very nice, but others at the front desk checkout could be friendlier. There's plenty of Free Parking. I will definitely be back.”

Angie showed us an extra firm twin mattress ( Beautyrest Silver) that is on sale at $566 (original price was $1,199), and also comes with an adjustable base free. Before we were going to choose between a regular mattress and a futon, but the deal Angie offered us is so compelling that we decided against the futon option without trying one. Angie is also an energetic sales and explained to us the structural difference between the beautyrest and Sterns Foster’s estate mattresses for our other mattress needs.”
