With 6 branches, you would think there would be at least one person working on a Saturday who could "authorize" transactions that are beyond simple deposits & withdrawals. Not everyone is able to do banking on weekdays. Their customer service is appalling. Worse, they don't seem to care that it's appalling. It's one of the reasons I'm closing all of my relative's accounts there & moving them to another bank.

the crabby lady at the desk was rude and lied about your bank policy. She said all banks call the account holder to cash a check if you don't have an account. This is a lie I have never had a bank call the customer to verify if I stole a check from them. You people need to get it together. very rude indeed. Do not email me or contact me to go further fire the crab at the hope branch very rude and then she ignored me. tell her to get her facts right before she open her mouth and make me look bad.
