WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL INDIAN GUY IN THE STORE HE SHOULD HE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF. Also was rushing me out of the store because i was taking my time selecting what i wanted and said you’ve been here more than 10 minutes just in the phone. Screw this place will never go back again. The prices are outrageous as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BTW HE SOLD ME ALCOHOL 5 times without asking for ID.

I went there for a bottle of wine and it was way overpriced. Their profit margins must be enormous. Not to mention their refrigerators weren’t working and their customer service was horrible. Stick with the liquor factory-excellent customer service, clean, and fairly priced.

The only one that is helpful in this store is Michael. He works on Tuesday and Thursday nights. He greets the customers with a smile all the time and a pleasant personality. The other people that work during the day are rude and disrespectful. If you choose to go to this store make sure it's on Tuesday and Thursday nights or don't bother going.

What a bad business. I, as the customer, had to greet the owner. He's sitting there texting. I get my wine go to the counter. He remains sitting. I have to say "excuse me" to get his attention. Not a thank you or good bye. WAY TOO many other places nearby to go to this j**** Never again!

Crappy selection, unfriendly staff, they have no air conditioning so the beer is warm, liquors are over heated. Dirty and outdated, they are busted for serving minors, it's Hopatcong so what can you say. Go elsewhere, liquor factory is down the street.

bought one of those infused alcohol whipped cream didn't work laughed at me and gave me a hard time exchanging it for another. The other one didn't work either told me im beat will never go here again go to liquor factory please

Always polite, you walk in and they say hello with a smile. If they don't have what you want they make sure to order it.
