On June 23 received a note in mailbox saying 1st attempt to deliver package. No answer at door. My wife was home all day and no one ever knocked. It was raining so he probably didn’t want to get out. Then today June 24 I went out and no package so I waited for him to come back down the road. He said he didn’t have it and that he tried yesterday to deliver. This is my medication and I need it now I have to wait till Monday to find my package. This wasn’t my normal guy this was a sub. My dog would have barked like he does every time someone knocks.

My mailman always delivers the mail around the same time every day.He is courteous and delivers it correctly.He brings the packages to the door and rings the bell( unlike Amazon, UPS, or Fed Ex).I have nothing but positive things to say about him.If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Never had a problem with this place. Lived in Hopatcong for 6 or 7 years. Always had a pleasant experience, and I’ve mailed many things. It saddens me to read others have had such sour experiences.

Wish I could rate this post office 0 stars. I've lost multiple packages over the years and they always claim there isn't anything they can do. Our postman is awesome, super friendly, always puts important things on the back deck, and we never have issues with him. However this establishment always gives people attitude and then does absolutely nothing to remedy errors on their end. Extremely disappointed with the service.

This post office is an absolute joke. Was waiting for a package to show up today I've been waiting a few weeks for. My mail usually comes at 11:30 so I got home a little before 5:30 and the mail still didn't come. Mail truck shows up at 530. I'm in my front yard as the delivery my mail. A few minutes later I go check the mailbox and my package isn't there. I then get an update on my phone saying there was an attempted delivery and no one was home which is absolute horsesh!t. Nobody got out of the truck and came to my door or anything. I was literally 20 feet from the truck. And the dumbest thing is that the package doesnt need to be signed for in the first place. Complete incompetence at this place.

We moved to Hopatcong in the fall of 2018, never had any issues with the post service. Our mailman is super friendly, always shows up same time everyday! I’ve visited the post office a few times and the people who work there have also been kind and courteous.

Worst service ever. If it's not my regular mail man I never get mail because the mail man thinks he can't get to my mail box. My lot with is about 26 feet and they require 30ft. Lazy people they are they can't even step out the truck to give me my legal mail I'm waiting on.

I put mail in the box and it doesn't get picked up. Sat there for 2 days! Waiting for a package, says it was left in mailbox, nope! Not there!!!!

I dont know if I have a new mailman or what, but for at least the last 3 months I have been having issues with my mail. I'll be expecting a package, it says "out for delivery", I dont receive it. Sometimes it will even say "delivered", and I dont get it. The package will show up days later. I've even gone as far as reporting the package missing to the places i have purchased from, and then all of a sudden the package will magically show up.

Worst post office EVER. Our mail carrier can not understand how mailbox #'s work. For years I have gotten my neighbors mail and very rarely receive my mail. I have spoken with numerous people at this office at least 8 x's about the same repeating issue. I always get a different story or excuse, but never resolution. Typically I just put the mail back in our box, with a note "not at this address" and hope for the best, however yesterday I received my neighbor's mail (and it was CLEARLY prescription medicine). I walked it over to their door to ensure proper delivery. I can not say as much for our paid USPS employee.
