Unfortunately it is required by our ins co that we use walgreens as our pharmacy. I am most unhappy and the worst is that they are closed weekends! How utterly ridiculous!

First time i’ve needed to come here was for a covid shot, not only was it easy and accessible online but the employees were just amazing and skillful (didn’t even feel a pinch!). I started picking up my prescriptions there and realized i set the wrong pharmacy down and had to leave since i was late to work and the employee changed my pick up address and had the medication ready to pick up after my shift! Truly a great group of people!

Pharmacy hours are disgustingly inconvenient. And when they are open the incompetent staff works slowly and begrudgingly. I would give 0 stars if possible- I have never had a good experience.

Not about the pharmacy. I was going to buy snacks and was rudely kicked out because I had a string bag. An employee told me 4 other people came in with bags trying to steal things and he kicked me out and falsely accused me of theft because I was opening my bag in one of the isles. I wasn’t doing anything wrong and I told him that but he didn’t want to listen. NEVER spending my money there again

I have been a customer in this store for years. There was some trouble with the switch from Rite Aid but now the kinks have been ironed out. I love the staff in the pharmacy and Rose the head pharmacist has gone out of her way to help me on more then one occasion. The entire staff at this pharmacy are friendly and accommodating every time I go I do have to wait a few minutes for prescriptions sometimes but thats anywhere. I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible pharmacy. I had to wait in line 20 min to drop off rx and came back the next to to just wait another 25 min in line to pick up. This is not the first issue I've had. I havr also gone twice to pick up prescriptions smd they were not filled because insurance didn't cover them. I did not receive any calls asking if i wanted to pay and instead had to return to get the prescription s.

At the pharmacy they have you use that dirty pen to sign& when I asked if you have any hand sanitizer they said no.How stupid& Hazzard is that for a pharmacy not to have hand sanitizer on the counter germs!!!

Walgreens- 2020 It’s the pharmacy. It’s not the store. The pharmacy computers are slow and the staff are new. Some new staff asking questions and it takes so long to input info. I left never getting my flu shot because the computer system so slow. Many people left Without prescriptions for other reasons. Sad

I have to refill two of my scripts monthly. The staff is incompetent in fulfillment. I have text message alerts for a reason, but the last three times I’ve had to go into the store hours later after drop off and they haven’t even started. So then I have to sit there for 15 minutes while they fill it. Worst pharmacy ever.

Worst pharmacy.. I will be switching back to walgreens in ledgewood even though this one is down the street from my house. It is always a half hour minimum wait to get your perscriptions and they are never ready when they say they are. Also very rude staff

Only one star because you can't leave zero. After transition to Walgreens the entire operation should be closed. It was the worst retail experience I've ever had!
