Buyer beware! Ordered a factory sealed speaker and received open box. Returned speaker and got charged huge restocking fee and shipping both ways. They said they always open to check for power chord and proper packing!! If you don't mind losing up to 30 percent of your original money go ahead and order from them.

Big restocking and return shipping fees. Received open box rather than factory sealed. They failed to cancel another speaker before shipping and then charged restocking and return fees. I experienced poor communication. Requested break down multiple times of charged amount but never received a response. Will not order from them again.

KPODJ customer service is 100% guaranteed one the best! Michael Mark from KPODJ sent me an invoice right away for the ProX DJ Podium and the VIP price was better than the competitors. I paid it right away and he got it sent out the same day. The Podium came time for my gig and I live in California. Quality service and on time shipping!

After spilling a whole drink in my controller I had to order a new controller.... Kpodj had my new controller to my door by the end of the week.... Being a professional DJ with a bar residency..... Bought two of the Evox 12 on our way up to a job in Port Jervis. Great customer service, everyone was cool. We called 15 min before arrival and they had them on display. My man was playing bangerz, too. Come check them out and check out my boy @joeystylesdj if you're on Long Island.

These guys are a rip off horrible customer service is the worst i have ever received.hopefully you don't have a problem with your purchase because if you do they will screw you with the return fees even if the product is defective please for your own good buy from some other company 750 purchase and they charge me a 175.00 return fee.

Had to replace a battery on one of my Ape Labs Maxi's v 1.0. After a Google search, discovered KPODDJ had the battery in stock. Easy and quick online ordering and received the battery yesterday. The excellent quality of the Maxi made it easy to replace the battery.

I am an Amazon customer,KPODJ has a 20% restocking fee on some of their products, but before you empty your shopping cart, read my story. I ordered a large and heavy product from their Amazon store, "Forty Bills," and later decided to return the merchandise. I was working out of town at a wedding and realized that my return window was closing in several days. I reached out to KPODJ through Amazon, but messaging through Amazon did not allow for the customer service that I needed.I was bummed about the 20% restocking fee. But after giving it more thought and thinking about what it costs a small company, compared to BestBuy, to handle returns, I allowed myself to gain a grounded understanding. But, the lovely lady Dina, messaging me through Amazon and providing her extension, made me feel much better. I spoke with Dina, and let me tell you, she cares about the customer.In my case, I am returning a $479 product that weighs 60 lbs and costs them approximately $60 to ship. Once they receive the product, it takes resources to inspect it, re-enter it into their inventory database, and possibly find space in the warehouse to stock the returned item because they may have ordered more inventory since selling me the product. Without the 20% restocking fee, returns will eat away at their bottom line, especially the returns for products sold via Amazon.If you are reading this review, I want you to feel confident that you will receive a great product from KPODJ. If you decide you want to return the product, consider speaking with their customer service representative over the phone for an enhanced customer service experience.

No Good! Another Online company that sells things that it dose not have stock! Don't Waste your time. Called to confirm items in stock and was insured everything was in stock. Then I get an email we don't have is stock. Like I said don't waste your time!
