I popped into this branch for a quick, simple request and the staff could not have been friendlier! I wish I grabbed the two girl's names who assisted me, so I could give them recognition. Why does your drive up window sign read operating hours as 9:00 - 5:00 when they are not. This is very upsetting as people have things to do and plan accordingly. My plans do not include waiting at your drive-up window for 35 minutes.
