Among the better post offices I've used. One clerk, Greg I think is his name, is very cheerful. Mail I drop off here is always scanned and departing on the same day. Other post offices have somehow lost things I dropped off.

Their Hold Mail Service is very disappointing. Over the many years, they kept delivering mails instead of holding them several times. Also they once delivered the accumulated mail to a wrong address before the indicated return date on the form even though I checked off for picking up the mail at the post office upon my return. So they lost all my mail for two weeks. Hope they could improve the quality of this service.

Online hours says they are open until 4pm on Saturdays. This is the third post office I drove to because the ones closers to me closed an hour earlier from their usual time due to Covid. This on closes at 1pm, 3 hours earlier then what is said online. I tried calling to check their store hours but with the million automated options, I couldn’t reach one person to ask. I wasted an hour of my time driving around to different post offices because USPS did not update their hours online and you can’t reach a person to talk to.

All of the employees here are terrific, but a shout out to Greg. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Who knew going to the post office could be fun!!!!!

Terrible service, and good luck trying to get a package from them. I just had a driver drive passed my house and said it was "undeliverable". No note, no knock, nothing. Amazon had to tell me it wasn't delivered. No wonder the post office is becoming more and more obsolete. Order your stuff through UPS.

Just had a GREAT experience at this location being helped by Greg. Usually my USPS experiences have been sub par at best, however this time was different. I opened an online store and went in overwhelmed with 40+ packages to ship. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, Greg handled everything with a smile and I will definitely be back!

The employees here are very nice and personable. I usually have a good conversation with them (of course only when there's no line). Don't be too hard on them if they are slow at all, they're working with what they got! Haven't met any disgruntled employees at this location.

Laziest mailman ever. He leaves packages on the curb next to the mailbox, instead of leaving them at the door like he is supposed to.

Postal clerks are rude and not very customer friendly. They act as if they are doing you a favor. They refuse to accept criticism. On the other hand, my normal mail carrier is fantastic. Friendly, competent & knowledgeable. The subs are sometimes not so good though. Thus the split rating.
