Since it's the holiday season, the store was a bit upside down. But otherwise great as usual. they had 1 person working the cash register with a very long line of people who did not want to use self check out. I used the self check out, but when had a problem, nobody was there to help because the gentleman was too busy helping other customers who didn't use self serve and even though je called for help, no one came.

This is my local store. Generally they'll have what I need and I can get in and out relatively fast. Never had an issue with customer service.

Store and employees are great. They always have the paint I need and I can usually get rewards back. The constant sales are a plus.

Disappointed that rewards points can not be extended for even a few days past its expiration date. With Covid and so many restrictions, getting places is no easy feat. I asked to extend my coupon by 3 days and it was a flat out no. These are my rewards points for deciding to purchase at Michaels. Cashier gave me a flat out denial. There was no one to ask, no manager around. Totally dismissed the consideration. Very poor customer service.

Absolute horror show of a store. Customer service is non-existent. Ordered a product online and had to wait in a line of over 50 people at the cash registers and when I got there they didn't have it in. Unreal. Do everyone a favor and close down.
