Horrible customer service, when you can get any attention at all. No help whatsoever. Home Depot isn't great but certainly better than this place.

I just want to recognize the incredible service given by two of your employees at the Holmdel, NJ location. John D in plumbing went above and beyond to assist me when a part was missing from my shower door i purchased from Lowe's. He is going to make a call to the manufacturer this coming Monday to see if they can resolve the issue. That, to me, is fantastic customer service. Also, Ray at the checkout counter was incredibly friendly and always answers any last questions. Thank you. This is why I always pick Lowe's first.

The service from the sales team and customer service team is absolutely amazing at the Lowe's in Holmdel. The delivery scheduling team and Anthony are absolutely horrible. Giving customers a delivery window of 7:30am -11:30 am and not delivering is one thing. BUT then to call the store and the 800 customer service # to be told they have no record of my order is another story. After a little digging a great customer service associate found my order and informed me that I was scheduled for 12noon - 4pm. Can someone in Management provide a training to the scheduling team on giving customers the correct information so they can communicate effectively with their own employers as to when they will be able to be at their own job or need to take an entire day off? Extremely unhappy with the lack of communication - no call to even let me know of the time change. This will be the last time I use Lowes to have anything delivered. Back to Home Depot we go.

I was looking for a refrigerator and was not pleased with the appliance dept. I asked the salesperson (Brian?) for assistance & asked the see various models by same manufacturer. He said that they didn't have any - but I located one right near the model I was looking at! In addition, I was concerned about the width with delivery- he said the doors couldn't come off, so it seemed as though my first choice was not possible. The correct answer was that the doors do coming for delivery. I went somewhere else and bought a $2,500 refrigerator. Lowes Holmdel lost a customer!

Well I have seen everything that can be bad with Customer Service Thanks Lowes. My wife and I went to order a new Washer and Dryer combo. Looking online Lowes seemed to have the best prices overall. So, the next day (Wednesday) we went the next day to our local Lowes store in Hazlet, NJ (store #1035). The sales lady spent about an hour with us looking at various models and explaining differences in the machines. We have a G.E. set which in about 7 years old and just basic models. We decided on a G.E. combo package with all the bells and whistles. We set a delivery date for Friday May 6th. That night (Wednesday) around 8 P.M. I get a phone call telling me they were coming Thursday between 9AM - 1PM (next Day) instead of Friday. So, we quickly tried to call the store back to say no, we must have it on Friday. However, this is where the customer service issue starts. Every time I called back, I get the computer answering machine, I tell them I want to speak to Deliveries, and it rings once and hangs up. After a half hour of this we gave up and decided to change our plans for Thursday. Thursday morning comes and we get a call from the store telling me that the units are on the way however, they forgot to load the installation kits for both the washer and dryer and that I could come pick them up are they could be delivered on Friday. I explained that I pay for installation, so I didn't call if they had to have another employee drive the over to the delivery install drivers are not. I would not accept the delivery of the units unless the job could be completed. He put me on hold (31mins) and then the phone goes dead. I called back and ask for the manager, get some customer service guy who puts me on hold and guess what after 15 minutes the phone goes dead. Attempted to call back four (4) times and after saying Manager the phone hangs up. I drove over to the store asked for the manager the customer service guy asks why? I tell him just get me the Manager who low and behold isn't on duty. So, I get the next best thing the ASM (assisted store manager) Shirley. I tell Shirley my story she goes to the back of the store to speak to deliveries, while I am waiting for her my wife calls me the delivery driver gets on telling me they have the install kits on the truck, that the store is all messed up, people had just quit that morning and they don't know what they are doing. So as not to be an ass I wait for Shirley to come back up who tells me the same thing. I tell her that I just got a call from home saying that information. I still want to speak with he Operations manager as I want to be compensated for all the problems I have experienced. I get home and the delivery driver says he can't install the washer as they do not do below grade installs. Also, the Dryer kit is a 5/8 pipe, and they only have a 1/2 inch hook up pipe. Meanwhile, my wife yells for me to come outside. They bought us a GE Washer and a LG dryer. At this point I tell them to get out we are refusing the mis-delivery and all the hook-up problems. Went to the store and was given a hard time about canceling the order. After some arguing they canceled my order and credited my card. Moral of story do not buy anything of from Lowes.

The pics are from my last visit. Today I picked up more tropical days always they were in the clearance area (Jenna's go to) they need some TLC but I'm ecstatic as always with my purchases. I always love to thank the garden staff (I know I'm a pain in the ass) and the wonderful cashiers goodness I'm forgetting her name right now, she is always patient with me, and Donnie for always dealing with me with a smile. Must go spot for Designers with a passion for the Jungle Vibe.

Needed to purchase a washing machine. Was told delivery would be next day between 8AM and 12PM. It is now 2:10PM and I am still waiting. No phone call telling me they are late. No notifications. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop at Lowes again...

Really tired of working with Lowe's at this point. We've been working to have our kitchen repaired with them since February, and between losing our order twice, charging us three times, and delivering incomplete or damaged orders *twice*, the project now looks like it won't be complete until the end of June at the earliest. Did I mention I'm pregnant and due in August? If anything else goes wrong we may be without a kitchen with a newborn. To add insult to injury James in Customer Service said they would refund us the installation fee... $78, and corporate says the won't address any issues until "the work is completed". How does that help us have adequate living conditions for a newborn?

Working with Lowe's for our kitchen remodel has been a nightmare every step of the way. For a process that should have been done by April at most, I am now going on months of me and my pregnant wife not having a working kitchen thanks to their delays, damaged products, and employee errors. I have been charged for products multiple times, had deliveries cancelled and missed with no contact from the store, and have multiple times had to explain the layout and floor plan of my kitchen to the designer, only to have her put in the wrong items for order. That's not even to mention the complete lack of transparency and communication about any part of this process. I picked working with Lowes because I thought they would be professional and trustworthy. It becomes exceedingly clear with each day and new mistake that they are neither. I can't recommend to anyone reading this enough, go elsewhere for kitchen designs and remodels. Lowe's is not worth it.

Chuck in the plumbing dept helped me figure out how to connect a garden hose to my house sink. Worked perfectly!I didn't get the name of the young man/college student in the gardening dept but he loaded up my cart with pavers and sand when he saw me running out of steam. Lowes has an outstanding staff. Knowledgeable and very helpful.

I bought a dryer about 2 months ago and it was back ordered I paid for it and the stacking kit which is required for this unit at the time the stacking kit was in stock they had several of them now it comes time for me to receive my dryer they call me and tell me that they do not have the stacking kit and they cannot tell me when it will be in it could be two more months before it is available I asked where did the stacking kit go that I paid for I was told well I guess the sales person did not pull it so now I dont have a dryer after I already got rid of my old dryer
