no carts anywhere...they have these laundry baskets you can drag around the store ...they all have trash in em or are dirty...put new cloths in em took em out with dirt on em.... just left will order online instead

This Kohl's only ever seems to have one register open being operated by an older woman, therefore there's always a long lone of frustrated customers waiting to check out!!!!!

I'm ready to start driving to Middletown if I have to do Amazon returns at Kohl's because the ladies who staff the returns desk are always so angry about it. I brushed it off during the holidays because maybe it was a stressful time, but I've tried two times since then and it's always the same horrible experience.
