“I have been coming to this location every day for the past 3 months. There is an outstanding employee by the name of Sammy who every time I come in, greets every customer with a smile and a heartfelt how are you although she is efficiently performing at least three task. I have worked in sales and retail for many years and have never seen an employee more capable of multitasking. She is literally doing the job of three employees at once and deserves to be recognized. In her humble professionalism she says a simple thank you is enough, but I think she deserves a raise or some sort of public recognition for her outstanding performance. I would argue she is the sole reason this establishment is running at a five-star level!”

He also is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store because I was not sure what phone to get. I think that T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because most companies don't have employees that are so considerate of their customers. T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because of what I said earlier therefore I highly recommend that he I highly recommend that he gets a raise or at least a free lunch for the month he was my Christmas angel.”

They are the only vacuum that I will use. The attachments make the canister vacuum the perfect model to keep my home, (and car), clean. John knows what it takes to run a business with integrity and honesty. Those traits are seldom seen in most businesses today. “I wanted to take a moment and write this review because of the incredible service I received at this Verizon Wireless store location. I went to the store to deal with a charging problem with my daughter's iPhone 5. The store manager James MacFarlane greeted me and he immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. After trying several chargers it was determined that there was a problem with the phone itself. He proceeded to inform me about my insurance coverage and actually made the call to the insurance representative on my behalf. He worked with the representative and my daughter will be receiving her new phone in two business days. In addition, James talked me through the instructions via iTunes to back up my daughter's defective phone and how to restore her information when we get the new phone. His caveat was that we could also bring the phone to the store and they would perform the transfer for her. At the same time that we were dealing with the defective phone, James reviewed my account and suggested a few changes that would allow me to purchase a "hot spot" mobile router while lowering my bill so that there wouldn't be any incremental cost (other than an activation charge for the hot spot) in my monthly bill. This solves a commuting issue for me as I work in NYC and this solution will ensure that I have a secure Internet connection for all the devices that I carry (iPhone, iPad and laptop) during the long bus rides. James MacFarlane went above and beyond in servicing not just my initial need for the iPhone, but also to review my account and suggest an additional solution, at no additional cost (by the way, the hot spot came with a rebate for the same price as the device itself, so essentially free). James provides the highest level of service that I as a Verizon customer appreciate. Well Done!”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
