The staff are really nice and helpful, but I am a little disappointed that samsung pay, Android pay, are not an option with this debit card. Also I transferred $50 into this account to open the account a week ago and the money still hasn't cleared. The mobile banking app is a little more outdated and complicated than I thought it would be. Alot of things that should be available online or through the app isn't, like direct deposit authorization forms,and the ability to see balance transfers pending and available date. Also zelle pay is not available yet, but they said it would be in the next couple of weeks. Still have to call someone for alot of information, which I don't have much time for. I think this bank has alot of potential if it could improve its mobile App and mobile payments.
