Store is run by horrible managers. Each employee is terrible. Nobody wants to work, everybody is miserable. They never price match its always an excuse. They selling a playstation 5 game for $69.99 but walmart is selling $ 20.00 dollars (shipped and sold by walmart). Manager looks it up on his phone and looks at mine. And says its a scam that people are using walmarts name. I ended up driving to walmart and got the game for 20 bucks i just wanted to save 30 min drive. They also are detectives manager took my phone and was scrolling and zooming in to make sure it wasn't a photo shop job. He also told me to never use google. I also purchased a tv 3 months ago from same store when i went to store they told me they sold out and to go to eatontown best buy. I ended up walking around the store and found 6 tvs that i was looking for. They lazy and they all suck! Hopefully the manager sees this ending up take a ride .

A manager name Rueben was very nasty with my wife and I while trying to trade in a product he was very aggressive with his tone and word choices towards us making us feel very uncomfortable while dealing with him telling us he is the man in charge and he has the last word. This store has gone downhill in the last year with their customer service and it is hard to find someone to help you.

I have been shopping at this store for about 4 years and I love their customer service. Manager and entire staff is very friendly and willing to help their customer make right choice. I have been here for couple exchanges and the process was smooth and easy. I love shopping here thanks to their friendliness and excellent customer service.

Bought a 75 in Samsung tv gled heavy brought it up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment to open it it was a brand new one they said mount was missing and someone put electrical tape on it.. so i had get thia giant tv back there with out actually breaking it myself i opted for an lg g3 way light 10 in smaller but nice tv also was talked into buying alot credit card to with i dont need i bought a sonos ray sounds bar its an annoying product i cant seem to get it working properly and have no idea if this has to do w best buy but your supposed to get 3 months apple tv with the purchase online it says open apple tv and it will be right there so i did not have a good experience here at all still pretty unhappy

I love Best Buy. This particular store was exceptionally good as I picked up my online order of 2 Insignia Tv's (Best Buys own brand). The staff was very professional and courteous. I was in and out within minutes.

Made appt to get a new battery for my iPhone. They really discourage the entire process ! It’s insane. ! Why allow to make appt when you threaten thst something will go wrong and you will be out 3 bus days! Apparently they do t feel good about the switch. How many times does something go wrong. Apparently 100% of the time !!
