I was surprised when I got home to find that they had missed under the hood, so I returned the following day whereupon they readily agreed to complete the cleaning. I was amazed at the results.
Not only was everything totally cleaned, but protected with a sealant as well. I can honestly say that Freehold Lester Glenn really do go out of their way to satisfy the customer which counts a lot with me! Thanks for a great job!”

I explained that I had come from another maintenance appointment and was running late, but Mark kindly took the time to check my tire without hesitation.
His team was busy cleaning and organizing the station, and I couldn’t help but notice how clean and well-maintained the environment was. The waiting room was also very comfortable and welcoming.

I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this! Let’s be honest – buying a new car is not fun at all but Buhler is the EXCEPTION! When I walked through the front door I was greeted warmly by Lynn (who couldn’t do enough for you by the way) and explained my unique situation and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation she paired me up with the BEST SALESMAN I have ever met, Brendan Cooper. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and promised me right away he was going to do his best to get the van I needed for my daughters and I. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. It is very rare to meet a salesman with a heart like this guy has. He was so sympathetic, and kind and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was not pushy at all and went above and beyond for me. This dealership did not waste a minute of my time playing “games” and was upfront and honest. When it was time to sign the papers I was brought to Andrew Rocco, who was a delight and had everything ready to go to get me in and out quickly and answered any questions I had. This dealership did A LOT for my family and I will forever be grateful that we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Brendan has a huge heart and is always a call or email away if any questions pop up and is so responsive! When I went to get our new license plates he again spent soooo much time with me going over the car, and even let my little girls assist him in putting on the license plates – it was the highlight of their day lol. This guy is an all around terrific guy and I have told all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience. I am a first time customer at this dealership and will now be a lifetime customer and never need to look anywhere else. I cannot think of a single complaint or anything at all that I would change. “I have a 2019 Suburban, which I bought new and still have another year to finish paying it off. So back in mid-July 2024 marked the first time I was in an accident in over 30 years, a little over 3 weeks ago in Eatontown. I was sideswiped by a minivan, which took out my front driver side tire, front fender and some scrapes along the driver side. I was at fault ☹. The PD had a flatbed tow truck deliver it to Anthony's, all within an hour. My head was spinning. I never heard of Anthony's, nor have I been to a body shop in the past 30 years, but I can tell you they were great. I was clearly upset when I showed up at Anthony's and the co-owner guy Jimmy was very empathetic and kind to me. He calmed me down. The mechanic Brian was excellent to deal with and always kept me in the know… very nice people including the office staff. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but (knock on wood) if I ever do I will go to Anthony’s. Just to put the icing on the cake was they detailed it inside and out... it looks almost as good as when i drove it off the All-American Lot 5 years ago. Shout out to Anthony’s – what a class-act business. Thank you”

“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer.
