While I do not write reviews (good or bad) Alex Dee Lighting is an exception to my rule. After visiting virtually every lighting store in Monmouth County, I happened along this "hidden gem" in Holmdel Plaza. I was greeted by Howard, the owner, who ultimately helped me find the perfect foyer chandelier for my home. Howard's wealth of knowledge, patience, and impeccable service made my shopping experience a joy. His assistant, Maria, is lovely, and his install team is the best. I have just made my second purchase (bathroom lighting) and then on to the kitchen! Who knew that a simple lighting change could make such a dramatic impact in the room! Howard, you're the best.

My wife & I were looking to buy a new light for our bathroom. We looked at Home Depot and saw nothing we liked. We Googled , “search for lighting store”, and found Alex Dee’s 5 ⭐️ reviews, we decided to see for ourselves. The personal attention and advice given showed why Alex has a 5 ⭐️ rating! We will be using Alex’s services in the future!

Beautiful fixtures and unique accent pieces. Great service. I just love this store. It was a pleasure working with Howard who helped me find a fandelier for my bedroom. Will be going back for more!

Quality product, great pricing, and the staff was extremely helpful. I was able to find everything I needed for my new home. Highly recommend! They've got everything from minimalistic to unique to classic elegant. I really can't say enough about the customer service! A+

Edit 7/5/23: Still 10 out of 10! We went back to find another fixture and we found a perfect one that looks beautiful in our dining room. We're looking for one more, but I really can't stress it enough that this is a great place to get lighting fixtures or even for some antique furniture (which I wish I had the space for in my house).
Great experience! The gentleman was super helpful. The store was beautiful and had a ton of lights to pick from. When we mentioned our color scheme and the kind of mount we wanted, he gave us a recommendation and we love it. There are also a couple of antiques in the store that we may go back for. Would definitely recommend this store and lowkey trying to find another light to replace in the house ?

Hands down the best lighting store in the tri-state! Howard is the best, he takes care of his customers and he knows his stuff better than anyone. You won't find a better place. They have a customer in us for life.
