Peter Wong, better known as Peter Ripoff. He is extremely unprofessional, high priced, never on time. I had an appointment with him do to upper back pain and I walked out of the office in more pain that I started with. Please beware, don't use him!

Please, do yourself a favor and find a better doctor. Disclaimer, I am a physician myself. I went to see Dr. Pollak and was surprised at his lack of attention to detail and poor medical knowledge. I complained of shoulder pain, and he told me he can't do anything about it without even looking at me or doing a physical exam. He rushed through the appointment, did not ask any of the questions he was supposed to (for instance, he didn't even bother getting a full medical history from me) and was entirely unhelpful. I left the appointment without any answers and had to immediately go back and search for a new doctor. If I learned anything in medical school, it's that this is not the care you deserve from your doctor. I recommend you try another doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE Went here for a few months. After more than 6 appointments, these guys are always AT LEAST 30 minutes late for EVERY appointment. Twice I had to wait well over an hour. Doesn't mater day or time. Never once even CLOSE to on-time. - They say they're behind because they take walk-in urgent patients and that gets them behind. I call BS. After being in the waiting-room for many hours waiting for appointments I never once saw somebody 'urgent' come in and take precedence. - They say they're so behind because it's only 2 doctors. I call BS. Doesn't matter how many doctors there are if you schedule your patients professionally. - They say they can't be bothered to let patients know that they're running behind? I call BS. They have two people behind the desk. Here's a basic courtesy tip: if you're going to be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, let that person know! They also charged my insurance like $300 for a 15 minute consult to get a prescription renewed. Billed as a full visit. My first he insisted on tests that were irrelevant and he got super rude when I questioned whether they were necessary. Should have left right there are filed a complaint. Doctor was rude and dismissive. Clearly only cared about the billed visit. Staff seemed fine. Good thing there's competition in the area.
