I rarely go to a bank branch but I had to withdraw an amount that exceeded the ATM limit. I got to this Hoboken Wells Fargo branch and it was clean, spacious, and new-looking. There was no line and the teller executed my transaction in less than 5 minutes. I asked her if this was normal and she said pretty much yes. No complaints from me! I'd be happy to use this branch again. The only downside is the parking in that area can present a challenge.

I went to cash my Wells Fargo paycheck (I am not a Wells Fargo account holder). I didn't notice until later that the kind teller did not charge me a check cashing fee. I am a school teacher, and they probably could see that from my check. I didn't get to say thank you, but thank you for being so kind to teachers.

I was there this week to open an account. I got an appointment online really quick which was a good surprise. When I got there there was no customers, Isael the sales rep was ready to talk to me as soon as I arrived and he explained to me the whole process and answered all questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Jonathon Fuentes is a great manager and helped me with my accounts thoroughly. He is extremely helpful and receptive. He has followed up on phone calls and keeps to his word. All banks should have a Jonathon Fuentes. There would only be good customer service.

Zero stars. A guy who works here left his car double parked outside for thirty min - would've been longer if I didn't call up - and I missed a VERY VERY VERY important appointment. One thing if he was a customer. Another thing that he works here. So unprofessional.

The most available Wells Fargo branch in that area. No lines, no waiting, no hussle. I like them.

I've had nothing but a bad experience with this bank ,waiting for a loan since February and the 1st loan officer was very unprofessional, lied and argues with the customer and insults you,not with bad words, but he throws his insults indirectly . The first loan,on the closing date supposedly they found something wrong,it was one excuse,l was going to go with another bank and my mom again submittes another application for a different loan to do an extension on her house after she had her mortgage with them and paid before the 30 years, now we hear from them and it was denied and the application was submitted in may, we are in October and now we hear from them after emails and several phone calls we made and were always ignored and paid two appraisal if we didn't start making complaints, we probably wouldn't still hear from them this place has left a bad taste in my mouth I would never give them my business I'm currently helping my mom to remove all her accounts from this place, it is a very big disappointment. My company recently has transferred our 401k with Wells Fargo and im really mad about this I have an option to remove it but than the company will not match me,so I'm really thinking of what to do with this problem, but I do not want nothing to do with Wells Fargo... they are very unprofessional.

When my girlfriend and I moved to Hoboken together, we wanted to open a simple checking account for rent, groceries, and utility payments. BOA didn't have as many options (especially without fees), so we came to Wells Fargo. Needless to say, we found what we were looking for. The employees at this particular branch are attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

GOD BLESS THESE PEOPLE, they helped me through one of the most difficult transactions I have ever encountered at a bank. I can honestly say every employee took their time to understand and work through my situation as well as go above and beyond to help me correct it. Thank you Christopher for your extraordinary patience! I can say I will be a customer for life because of this experience, and am so so so grateful for their banking knowledge.

Staff talk to you like automatic robots, a bit scary to say the least! You can never build a relationship with the bank manager because they never last more than a couple of months. Have been charged many times for things that it would've been considered robbery 30 years ago... But I guess someone needs to pay for the CEOs houses in the Hamptons!
