Horrible tellers I'm be closing my account with them

On 9/22/2024 Bank advertises/supposed to be open at 9am and its 940 and they're still closed. Closing my account and going with a different bank.

Stopped here after work to put money in my mothers account had cash but they told me that I needed a money order to deposit money into my mothers account ??♂️??♂️?Went to a much better location and they did it no problem I guess it was too much to do after just sitting there all afternoon
