I had a watch that's band had broken off and I was in desperate need of replacing before a wedding tomorrow. Within 10 minutes Laura Korpa had not only fixed and put the band back on but also had replaced the battery without me even asking her too. I can only imagine the service they would provide for someone who was purchasing or had purchased a watch from their own store. Can't thank Laura enough! 5 stars!
