Tonight we order from Grubhub and the order is never delivered. Grubhub was great and confirmed we could just go to the store and pick it up. We do go and then the guy working is so rude and does not comprehend what we are saying and refuses to give us the wine. So much for a chill night relaxing since we went there anyway. We should have known better because a month ago one night I order red wine 2 bottles and they brought white. Later on that same night friends came over so we did the red wine order again and once again they brought white. We told the the guy working and he was so rude and does not comprehend what we are saying. Order from any place but this one! They are just rude about everything.

Best liquor store within 30 min! I'm just visiting and went to 4 liquor store and nothing compares to this place! You won't regret it highly recommend!

When in Hoboken I always go to Village Market. They have a very nice selection of beer, wines and spirits at great prices. The owner is very helpful and courteous. You won't be disappointed.

I only need to walk one block to be at the Village Market. In fact, if I had to walk a country mile (that is a long mile) I would still purchase my wines at the Village Market. Variety, excellent pricing (for the customer, and I assume for the gracious owner) and always a winning smile, and bright, interesting conversation. I have never indulged in wine prior to finding the Village Market, but now wine has become a must with my meals, and with my company. Tom

Very small store with a decent selection. The workers are very nice here and prices are right! They also have fresh flowers almost every day and a freezer full of pints of delicious ice cream.
