Today I was able to trade in my old iPhone 8 for 800 $ discount ? at Hoboken Verizon location and get a new iPhone Max Pro (so total price of the new iPhone Max Pro for me was just about 500 $) with mobile Verizon plan! Raul was able to move my existing phone number from AT&T to a Verizon!!!! I’m so happy to get new iPhone with the same old phone number !!!
We were lucky to get Raul’s help. Such a knowledgeable person! He knows answers for all questions! Just ask for Raul!!! He also helped to adjust the mobile plan for my husband.
Also I didn’t know you can get BELKIN screen protector and if broken, BELKIN ships for you a new one for FREE.

Nice staff but DO NOT go there if you have a business account. Took them an hour just to figure out how to quote the prices. At the end of the process they couldn't figure out how to charge me so I was told to buy it online and walked out with nothing. Waste of time

Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with helping me get a new phone! My phone was stolen and he allowed me to borrow his phone and ensured I got the best deal. I really appreciate that he made getting a new phone so easy!

Disgusting thieves! They marked my order as picked up when no one was able to pick it up. I made sure to file a police report and will be taking Verizon to court. This is unacceptable.

Very RUDE employees! Especially Jessica!I went in due to my phone being lost or stolen she barely looked at me asking to scan the QR code I explained I don’t have my phone so scan and was asked to wait, ok fine. Mind you was rude to everyone that walked in. I waited for almost an hour and then she proceeded to take someone else before me. I was polite and asked said I as there before them and she asked me again if I signed in! I said no AGAIN I LOST MY PHONE and she thought I left and didn’t see me there sitting behind her for an hour!! Then when I explained again my phone was missing and was hoping if they can help me to order a new one, clearly I’m a bit stressed, she then tells me rudely they can’t do anything to help and I have to go through asurion insurance online to get a new phone. WOW!! I waited and hour for her to tell me that when I could have saved my time if she listened in the first place! Will NEVER GO BACK!

The most rude employees i have ever encounter. The worker was of no help with getting my phone that i had paid for but they were having internal issues. I called customer service like i was told and they told me all was good on there end and the store should be releasing the phone. When i went back to the store for the third time i let them know this and the guy basically told me nothing he can do and he couldn’t help and walked away without even try to help me. I asked for the manger three times and he told me nothing he can do either. The Verizon customer service rep i was on the phone with in the store was so applauded with how he talked to me, he apologized mutiokes times and said he was making note of it to pass along to try to get back to someone. I’m glad i was able to cancel my order from them that they won’t release to me so i can give my business to a store with respectful workers
