I only have Wi-Fi at home every time I go to pay the bill everybody is sitting around. Nobody wants to help you go to the machine over 30 days. The machine doesn’t give you a receipt unreal not too happy my go back to optimum 🥲

I went in to pick up a new phone that I ordered online. The rep (I think his name was Keifa) asked if I wanted to pay $30 to have the phone activated. I said sure. He proceeded to spend the next hour trying to port my phone number from my old phone to my new phone. He couldn’t figure it out, got frustrated, and ended up locking me out of my old phone for an hour and said there was nothing he could do. He suggested I bring the phone home and to “figure it out myself”. He then refused to refund me the $30 I paid for HIM to set up the phone. The customer service here was AWFUL. Keifa was incredibly rude and unprofessional and beyond incompetent. I ended up working with an online rep and was able to get my new phone activated within 15 mins. The fact that he couldn’t figure it out AND CHARGED ME FOR IT is ridiculous. I suggest you get your employees some training in customer service.

Superb first rate help from Jessica Robinson on 11-16-24 who sold me a new iPhone and from Karif Richardson on the following day who did follow up regarding the trade-in and additionally solved a completely different Verizon problem. Both were super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend both Jessica and Karif at the Washington Street store in Hoboken.

This store is god awful,
They are a phone store and yet they have no number I can call them. Any other normal phone company store they’d instantly pick up the phone. Not this one.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had at any Verizon store (or technology customer service store in general really!). HUGE shoutout to Jessica. She was FANTASTIC and literally sat with us for over an hour going item by item with us and answering our endless questions. She was friendly, witty and incredibly caring and made what is usually a quite miserable and draining process, fun and enjoyable. Aside from Jessica, all of the other staff in this location were super friendly as well and made for a great shopping environment. I do not have enough positive things to say about Jessica. I can't thank her enough for her help!

The workers here are very rude and weren’t really trying to explain what needed to be done. And after I confronted them to be more explainable and he walked away and didn’t want to explain himself. Wouldn’t ever want to come here even for a simple question let alone open any other services here. I don’t recommend to come to this location.

I had two very positive experiences at the Verizon store in Hoboken over the past week. First, I met with Lou who helped me upgrade my iPhone to the 15 Pro. While he was at it he reviewed my plans and found some savings, got me a nice trade-in credit for my old phone, and asked me if I wanted a free iPad. Yes, please! Lou is a real gem and Verizon is very lucky to have him. Maybe give him a hefty raise?
Next, I went back yesterday for help pairing my Apple Watch with my new phone. Jessica figured out that I was having trouble because my watch didn’t get all the software updates along the way so she very patiently made it happen and was a real delight to work with. She showed me a few things I didn’t know that will enhance my experience with the watch and the phone. I have had nothing but good experiences at this store and will remain a loyal Verizon customer.
