4 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn“I love this place, good items at very good prices, I understand that these stores steal a lot. But that doesn't mean that all people are the same, and I hate that they go after me as if I were going to steal something. I am a person of values and principles. But the lion judges well by his condition.”
10AM - 8PM
530 5th Ave, New York“Five below - a variation of the familiar "everything for 1 dollar stores". You can find here almost anything you can think of for 5$ or less (note that few things actually cost more). Toys, candy, electronics, household items, fashion accessories... and the list goes on and on. This is a great spot to buy small gifts and souvenirs.”
10AM - 8PM
171 W 230th St, Bronx“Very nice staff who greeted and helped us on an early Saturday morning as we brought our kids in to do some holiday "shopping" for each other. The place was clean, had a good variety of gifts, toys and was generally well stocked.”
9AM - 8:30PM
276 Kearny Ave, Kearny“The employees are very nice and considerate. The item quality is very good and the manager is very nice and patient. The store has nearly everything you need such as party supplies and toys. I would recommend to my friends.”
9AM - 9PM
595 River Rd, Edgewater“Daiso is a Japanese brand that’s equivalent to US’s 99 cents store. But items are more unique, diverse and at times, chic. Daiso is also very popular in South Korea and in Korean language, Daiso literally means, pun intended, ‘we have everything.’Indeed this Japanese mart has literally everything you need for the house and school. Dinnerware, snacks, gardening needs, clothing, stationary, cleaning products, etc., just name it and they have it. However, the quality of their products are suspicious at best. It’s fun to browse through the mart. It’s fun to purchase a thing or two you may need. But beware, these things will not last long.”
10AM - 9PM
174 Passaic St, Garfield“Good store. Clean, good location. Shelves were a little light but I give that to the supply chain shortages we’ve had over the past few months. They often have what I am looking for.”
9:30AM - 7:30PM
404 E 149th St, Bronx“This has to be one of the most amazing and affordable HOME stores in the Bronx. Floor-You can buy grommet panel curtains up to 84" long in all colors and shades. A huge amount of curtains, bathroom decor, rugs, decorative pillows, etc. -Downstairs cheap clothes mostly for men...underwear for women.”
10AM - 8PM
160 Passaic Ave, Kearny“What store does this! Mark answered my call and personally checked the book section to see if copies of a journal I had purchased the day before was still in stock. Just wonderful customer service!! I will be back. Thanks for taking the time Mark!”
9:30AM - 7PM
5604 Bergenline Ave, West New York“Nice clean place. They take any shopping backs you bring in at the door and offer you a ticket for pick up once the shopping done. There is a variety of items to choose from. Women's and men's clothing and a small section in the back filled with home decor items and small kitchen utensils”
9AM - 7:30PM
421 5th Ave, Brooklyn“They are all so nice and the store has everything you need. I got a small fake tree for $10 and the similar one at target was going for $60. Best place for household and seasonal items, I know I’m always getting a good deal.”
“This store is a lot of fun. To call it a 'Japanese dollar store' would be wrong because everything isn't a dollar. The prices are in Yen and there are a few signs in every aisle with the conversion to US dollars. If an item doesn't have a price in Yen then its $1.99. There are aisles with school supplies, home decorating, toys, art and crafts, travel items, automotive, gardening supplies, home organizing for home office, bathroom and kitchen, house cleaning, beauty, kitchen and cooking supplies, dishes and cups plus some snacks. Everything has a very neat Japanese aesthetic and a good amount of cuteness. Many home decor items are seasonal so grab them while you can, other things like cleaning and home organizing are always available. I like getting short drinking straws for small lunchbox drinks, storage bins to organize my fridge, and a rice mold to make California rolls at home easily. Their stationery items are great- super cute, unique post its, erasable highlighters (Yes! They DO erase!)all sorts of paper clips and note books. Remember that Japanese homes are small and they use space wisely, so housewares are scaled down. You won't find huge 18" long rolls of foil like in American supermarkets, but you will find petite silicone bakeware and rolls of plastic and parchment in proportion to that. You'll find everything to pack a super thorough lunch right down to mini bottles for sauces and little condiment cups with lids. Its a great store and I always find cool stuff to buy!”
“Just unbelievable…you got to check this out!!! Super convenient and affordable for toys, books, home goods and cleaning supplies!!! You won’t believe how cheap this place is! Highly recommended especially this time of the year but also for parties supplies and home decorations!!!”
10AM - 9PM
5100 Avenue U, Brooklyn“Easy to find items. Store can be a bit disorganized sometimes, meaning there are boxes in corners or in the store blocking area or just in the middle behind something I guess the employees think would be discreet, like behind a column. Their mobile phone case section has been lacking and I'm assuming there is a theft issue(with their products), because I noticed that when foot traffic is heavy with teens, the security would be within the area following or keeping an eye for them. Sometimes there are no bags available and you have to search for it.”
“WOW ? First time in the store and I was totally impressed to see so many great things. Especially for the kitchen. It's a pretty big store, I didn't get to walk through it all. But the vibes were pleasant, very important to me when I shop.”
“Best discount store around. They have everything you can imagine including a fantastic selection of party supplies (paper plates, napkins, cutlery.. ) They have toys, books, gifts, backpacks, supplies, a d more. Prices are great hence the store name, and the store is always perfectly neat. You'll definitely love this store & it's one of a couple locations in the area.”
10AM - 8PM
215 E Fordham Rd, Bronx“This location has provided by far the most exceptional customer service I have ever encountered. Kathy, the manager really showed outstanding urgency, attitude and effort throughout my entire visit. Amongst Kathy, there were several other associates that WOW’d me. Every question was answered and all of my items were accurate. Kathy showed true professionalism and presents high quality managerial expertise. I’d highly recommend heading into this location. I hope this message gets to Joel Anderson and hope Kathy is recognized for her valued service! Happy Holidays!”
10AM - 8PM
2183 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn“This store is nice as 5 Below stores go. It's still a cool place to take the little ones to get a few things. its nicely stocked, and the staff seems pretty helpful. Judging from the couple times I've requested assistance there.”
10AM - 8PM
125 18th St, Jersey City“Great place to purchase inexpensive gifts for kids and I love that they sell $5 t-shirts! Lots of toys, self care products, clothing, books, electronics like gaming headsets, keyboards, phone cases and chargers, home decor stuff and items for your pets etc!”
“If you’re going to travel this is the best place to find all your baggage and also they have really cheap stuff. I’ve been going there for the last five years and I would definitely keep a going”
“Great selection of kids to teen items. The candy is not being stored properly because every piece was too soft and semi melted together. Might be a back of the house thing.”
10AM - 8PM
805 Columbus Ave, Manhattan“They had a friendly and resourceful, diverse staff that readily aided me in finding what I needed. Outside of the sunglass area the store was in neat and tidy order. The biggest issue when I visited was that the front door was broken. People had a very hard time getting in or out of the store.”
10AM - 8PM
949 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn“Upon entering I was greeted by Corey on two occasions. I was completely blown away by his outstanding professionalism and extensive knowledge of customer care.I’ve seen customers act rudely and the way he handled it was very professional. This employee is too valuable for this location. I hope corporate sees this comment and promotes him to a higher position. As for the store, it’s clean and organized. I enjoy my shopping experience here.”

10AM - 8PM
586 Livonia Ave, Brooklyn“This store has a little of just about everything you need...a lot of the prices are good...I needed an iron and the same one was double the price at Walmart...can be a bit crowded at times so I try to go during "off hours"...early is best...all in all a pretty good experience.”
10AM - 8PM
259 W 42nd St, Manhattan“You would think the quality of products won't be that great only because a lot of things (not all) cost $5 and below hence the store name is Five Below. However, that's actually not true since if you spend sometime like an hour or two, you might actually be able to find quite a lot of variety and selection of things....except for way cheaper compared to retailers like Target (which is a few stores down). Fast service from friendly staff.Surprised to see that they carry many cool things like $5.55 miniature zen gardens, $2.50 LA Color Cream or Matte Lipstick, 10 pieces of candy deal for $1.25 no matter the brand (15¢ per candy), $1.50 LA Color Sheer Lipgloss, $2.50 LA Color Strawberry Fizz Lip Oil, $5.95 Magnetic Wireless Power Bank, $3 Listerine Mouthwash, $5 backpacks, and etc. Above all, my favorite thing from 5 Below has gotta be to look for what kind of new Squishmallow plushies do they've in store whether the holiday themed ones like Halloween and Christmas or just the regular plushies that I can't seem to find from other Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens locations. Always a delightful surprise to come to 5Below and explore/discover what new, useful/practical, cute, cool, and fun things I can find that I might need now or in the future.”
“I love shopping here!!! Everyone is so nice, professional and welcoming! Thank you for being there for us even during the pandemic! God continue to bless you all”
9:30AM - 7PM
410 E 138th St, Bronx“Household items including furniture, drapes and bathroom accessories. Clothing from outerwear to underwear, pajamas and shoes. This is a great store to visit when moving into a new place on a budget!”
“People's is my favorite neighborhood store! There are a few things that can not be found in this gem most of the time. It is the place to go when your pockets are low, but you need supplies for your home. They sell clothing, housewares, medicines, cosmetics, and hair care. And I would be remiss to mention all the things you need and didn't realize you wanted. I always ♥️ ❤️ love to shop in this store. And now they have expanded to another store across Broadway!”
