I had a fantastic experience using the printing services at the UPS Store on 14th street today! Even though it was a busy Sunday, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my printouts were perfect.
They took their time (over 2 hours!) to ensure everything came out exactly as I wanted. They were incredibly patient and ran every detail by me before printing. They even let me borrow a personal pencil when I realized I'd forgotten mine!
Huge thanks to the team at The UPS Store for their dedication to customer service and high-quality printing. I'll definitely be back for any future printing needs!

Wonderful experience!! They helped me for over an hour with all of my printing layouts. They took time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Definitely a positive experience. Will be back for all my printing needs!

Extremely helpful, friendly and professional staff helped me scan and print a very tricky over-sized old map for a fantasy series that was falling apart. The finished product looks beautiful and they gave me a digital scan for the website. I highly recommend this store for small biz owners like me who need printing services.

Excellent and highly professional service. I made two short-term asks to print posters. On both occasions the team understood the urgency of the ask and well exceeded expectations.
E.g., on one occasion I made an ask on Sunday for a meeting on Monday. Vivek, Prena, and Sneh stayed back past close time to deliver the request.
On a second occasion I made an ask on a weekday evening for an 8am meeting the next morning. Again Vivek and Sneh went out of their way to deliver that evening and even allowed me to defer payment by a few days as I could not be in person for collection.
This team sets the gold standard for customer service and I would recommend this store very highly.

I was overwhelmed with the excellent service that Sam and Side provided today helping me to pick up an envelope that was urgent and to ship it for me overnight that was excellent. Excellent service.! It’s save the day !! Thank you again !!
The day after, we received the envelope, earlier in the morning than expected. Also the manager Same and Side, made sure to call us to know if I did receive the envelope properly!
Again, we are so grateful for these two wonderful individuals at UPS, who helped us seamlessly to get these important documents.
Thank you, again, gentlemen to be so kind to us!!!

"Exceptional service and convenience! This UPS Store exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, specially Sam has been very helpful. Whether it's packaging delicate items or handling return shipments, they always help with professionalism. Always great working with these people
They make a great team with Sneh Patel who is from my experience great leader and someone to trust and rely on anytime. When I bring my mail/packages at this location I don't have to worry. It's always done without mistakes. Very happy to have them in my neighborhood. They are all peasant and friendly, and ofcourse they get ? out of 10!!!
