It's a really cute "speakeasy" hidden in a restaurant, kind of hard to find. Inside of Panela. Service was kind of rude. Didn't have a resy and basically got kicked out. I will try them again.

The whiskey tasting was interesting, and the show was nice. But at the end of the day the door that leads into the room is noisy. The kitchen door is separated by a curtain and there are people in and out. The floor is sticky. The ice that you make drinks is your classic McDonalds ice.

Underwhelmed, cocktails are weak. For something touted as speakeasy, it's a disappointment. Seating not comfortable.

When we paid our bill upstairs at Panela for dinner, we told our waitress that we had reservations at the Sinatra Room and she told us to go downstairs through the bookshelf. No Sinatra Room employee was inside, so we sat ourselves. About 10 minutes later, the manager comes to our table and very rudely asks if my boyfriend and I "even had a reservation, because all of the tables are reserved". Instead of assuming we had reservations, it felt like she was insinuating that we shouldn't be there. When we gave her the name for the reservation, she said "well, you really should have gone to the hostess to bring you here". What was really alarming was that she was extremely warm and kind to the other party that also entered without a hostess, asking them instead "What's the name on your reservation?". Although I understand her frustration since we mistakenly didn't follow the protocol to enter, I would expect more professionalism from a manger. I'm unsure if this is because my boyfriend and I were the only people of color there at the time, but the difference in treatment was noticed and made us uncomfy. It's a shame because our dinner at Panela was wonderful!Drinks were also not great. :( We got the High Society and Young at Heart, and both were very sweet and one dimensional.

My friend made us reservations for The Sinatra Room at 7pm on a Friday and it was such a chill experience! It is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and serves cocktails only, no food. Reservations recommended. After dinner at Panela upstairs, the host walked us down the steps into The Sinatra Room. What is cool about this is the door is a bookcase so if you're not familiar with this speakeasy, you couldn't even tell there is something behind it.It was pretty empty inside, only two other groups. There are a couple tables and chairs along with a bar in the back. The seats are a mixture of leather chairs and ottomans. You can even put your things in the ottomans which is cool. Light music playing in the background. A bartender comes overs with glasses of ice water and shows us where to view the menu which is a QR code. The menu consists of 5 cocktails; I ordered the High Society and my friend ordered On the Town. We both loved our drinks. Mine came in a teacup so I felt extra bougie haha! This speakeasy is perfect for your date night with friends or significant other. They also hold whiskey tastings!

The on-menu as well as the classic drinks were great. Reservations are indeed recommended but if you can get in at the bar you will have a great time as well. The music is at the correct level that makes conversation great. Instagrammable spots within the space. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Place gives off a nice date night kind of vibe. They don't do food here I don't think normally but if there is a party upstairs I think they shift to serving here too. The cocktail menu is short but drinks are good. Pricey though, anywhere from $14 to $17 a cocktail which is overpriced in my opinion especially when the service was quite slow. Overall, I would come back and try it again though. There were a few birthday celebrations and people seemed like they were having a good time. Reservation recommended.

This place has so much potential !! The whole idea , the drinks , the decor were perfect for a Friday night out , so what was missing ? The music ! I came here for my fiancés birthday after dinner at panela , where they were playing great music and then came here to wack music. The music was a mix of weird house (trust me I like house music, this was not it) and pop . I gave the place 4 stars because the service was good and maybe it was just a night that someone didn't think of the playlist but music really sets the mood and tone . Hoping that can be improved . Other than that my drink called " young at heart " was delicious and the space is super intimate and cute .

Dark leather, dim lighting, romantic & intimate. If you appreciate a real craft cocktail, this is the place for you.
