We’ve been on both sides of buying and selling real estate many times and wish we had found Holly Kranz sooner. Recently, we listed a home that was a part of our family for three generations. Our home was staged beautifully by Team Francesco and after a very successful open house, we accumulated MANY offers only to be under contract within a few days!!! We were thrilled with the amount of attention our precious property received! Her knowledge and thoroughness were unlike anything we previously experienced. Francesco’s team did a good job helping me sell my condo. Everyone has been very helpful and kept me up to date. Francesco himself was able to describe his strategy and plan to me ahead of time to make me feel comfortable and confident. They also understand the hudson county area a lot and have a lot of connections. Overall I am very happy with the experience with them and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Meeting Holly Kranz (Team Francesco) was a blessing from God. My wife and I were anxious, first-time home buyers. Holly guided us through the entire process very patiently and abated the anxiety that came with first-time home buying. She responded to us immediately whenever we had questions. Her knowledge in the field is extremely vast and had answers to everything. We felt like her close friend or a family member throughout the entire process and beyond, and with that sentiment, I would also recommend her to those that are closest to me, as well as everyone else!

Francesco and his team are the best of the best in Hudson County. I engaged with Francesco and Robert to have their team help my elderly parents sell their condo in Union City NJ. We knew they ran a top-notch operation, since their team had set the high-water mark for a unit in my parents building when interest rates where still reasonable a few years ago.
From start to finish, Francesco and Robert were patient with me and my parents, explaining the process at every step of the way, and drawing upon their wealth of connections to set us up with the right team of advisors and consultants (legal support, staging team, paint crew, etc). When the financing fell apart on the initial offer we had accepted, Francesco pivoted quickly and helped us connect with an all cash buyer almost immediately.
Francesco and Robert (and the entire Christies team supporting them) are highly responsive, conduct business in the most professional manner, and display a soft touch when dealing with senior citizens. I appreciated their patience with my parents, and their understanding that selling a home is an emotional process. In the end, we couldn't have asked for a better advisor to play the lead role in successfully selling my parents' home.

We bought our first home in 2024 through Francesco, who a friend contacted us with. They were great! They really couldn’t have made the process easier for us on the parts where we really had no idea what to do - from negotiating on the property, to obtaining a pre approval letter on a Saturday evening to be able to put an offer, to contacts at the bank for the mortgage, lawyers, etc. the process felt very smooth! Even after the transaction the service / relationship from Francesco, Rashella , Lisa and all the team has been great, with great tips on cleaners, painters, decorators, etc etc. would definitely recommend for any needs in the Jersey area!!

We finally learned what a realtor group really should be when Francesco, Robert, and Team Francesco transformed and sold our investment home over asking and with a smooth and timely close. Then, we learned what working with greatness is when Francesco, Robert, and Team Francesco transformed our primary home and sold over asking with another smooth and timely close.
We will always remember how we were reluctant the first time to transform and thankful we did, how much easier it was to transform the second time and yet both times we wanted to move back in after transformation. Had a wonderful experience with David Guzman and it has been nuts trying to get ahold of realtors who care about finding the right place especially certain circumstances and now demanding requests of the market. Even though I didn't qualify with the owner's needs David was extremely helpful and rooting to make it work. I appreciate that kindness and professionalism. ?

I can not say enough good things about Team Francesco! We bought our first home with him in March 2023. He was attentive, kind, flexible and listened to our needs. He understood our budget and committed to showing us realistic and exciting options. It felt like he and his entire team were hustling around the clock to make sure our paperwork was in on time and deadlines met. Working with Francesco felt like we were having dedicated one-on-one attention in finding our home - I truly do not know how he does it for so many clients at once. I will also note, we are definitely on the lower end of some of his properties (in regards to budget and therefore his paycheck); at no point do I feel like we were less of a priority. If anything, he helped us find our first home for an affordable price that did not overstretch us or get us in over our heads. It seemed he was genuinely looking out for us. During and after our purchase, he and his team also had recs for other people to work with - lenders, contractors, etc. We trust him and his team and feel like we found a friend in this process!
