There is no match for Susanna in terms of true craftsmanship - she’s the real deal! She is warm, honest, and extremely detailed. She’s flexible and creative- she’ll work with you to get your vision to come true on your timeline, which is so helpful and rare. She’s saved me in several instances! You won’t find a genuine seamstress like her easily. Susanna is a gem!

I cannot say enough good things about Susanna and her services. She was constantly available for me to drop in and continually add adjustments to my wedding gown, the price was half the cost of where I was originally planning on going, and when I was in a pinch for picking it up she even dropped it off at my apartment. Her work is wonderful and she is really dedicated to getting you the results you want, even if your timeline is tight. Thank you so much Susanna!Will update review to add pictures after my wedding..

We visited Susanna at her studio in Hoboken on Saturday and had a wonderful time. She pours her heart and incredible talent into creating just the right look for her client. She carefully and thoughtfully helped us put together my wedding ensemble, and confidently laid out a plan for my more complicated wedding dress. I loved her visions of what she would do for me. She also helped my mother alter her MOB dress. Susanna is a pleasure to work with. She's fun, creative and we're excited to keep working with her!

I’ve been going to Susanna since I moved to Hoboken and she’s amazing!! There’s nothing she can’t do. Everything she alters for me fits perfectly. One piece I just had done was this white suite I bought for my engagement photos and it was huge! She made it fit perfectly

Suzanna to the rescue! Was running late on prep for an out of country wedding. With 2 weeks left, I visited Suzanna (should have gone there first!). I needed 3 outfits. She performed “magic” alterations on my 2 outfits and tailored the perfect gown for the finale event. Suzanna is a master at her work and I ❤️ working with her. Thank you!

Susanna is an amazing dressmaker! Since she designs and makes her own dresses, she really understands how to fit and alter a dress. Her work was perfect. On top of that, she could not have been kinder. When I brought my daughter's dress in after a different tailor in town botched the alteration, she put me at ease and fixed the dress in less than a week so it would be ready for the wedding we were attending. And her price was beyond reasonable for the amount of work she needed to do to the dress. I highly recommend Susanna for any of your alteration needs or if you are looking for custom dresses. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve tried almost every tailor in this area, this is so far the best I can find. I visited this place when it’s still in an underground tight space, and happy to see what it became. But sadly the owner doesn’t take simple alteration job anymore.

Omg Susana is the best. I came to her desperate to repair my wedding dress and she was sweet enough to take me in. She accepted my dress and went to great lengths to make it my size. She made sure I was comfortable with every change she did and that it fits me perfectly. I would highly recommend her, she is sweetest and a perfectionist in the her work.

If you’re a man and looking for alterations to your suit, do yourself a favor and bring it to Susanna. I had a seriously oversized suit. I was just going to get a new one, because I thought it was beyond hope! Susanna had made my wife’s wedding dress and it was PERFECT, so I figured I’d see if she could do anything with the suit. In short, I don’t know what she did with it, but she made it fit perfectly! It looks like it was custom made for me.Susanna is the best! (And she’s a very nice person, too!)

I had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with my four pieces. I attached a picture of one (a jumpsuit) that looked perfect for my bachelorette! Thank you and I can’t wait to bring more clothing in the future for alterations!!

Susan made my daughter's dream come true, it was like a fairy tale dress, her dress was perfect, every detail, the tailoring was perfect. the dress she wore was one of the best dresses she ever wore. We went to different places and none like that to the perfection of her body and her color, I recommend Susan for any event.
