Location is good for the PATH, prices are expensive but that's just NYC as usual. Some of the complaints about small spaces are valid. Otherwise, I mean it's a parking lot. You don't go there for luxury. You go just to park your car lol

Entering is a bit of a hassle now. But otherwise not bad parking at all.
