So, I went to Sephora yesterday …. And when I tell you no one greeted us , no one said anything to us .. they looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be in the store …. All the workers looked disgusted that we were there .. so my friends and I ended up leaving .. mind you I really wanted to shop to get some of the new summer Fridays … we all felt uncomfortable and just left .

Great experience overall! I normally wear makeup and wanted to learn the basic on how to apply and what I may need. Ryan was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He went over each step and listened patiently. Thank you for making my experience a positive one!

Just called the Sephora in Hoboken New Jersey.I was looking for vanessa demirick's yummy skin, The sales associate on the phone commenced Two Keep calling me love on the phone which I found very disrespectful Being that i'm probably old enough to be her mother and when I corrected her she hung up What they need to do is train their sales associate in proper etiquette when speaking on a phone to an individual who you do not know who I am and what industry I something.
That should be taught nowadays because a lot of people don't know it. So whoever answered the phone today at 2:34. At the safari in Hoboken.You have a good day because that's gonna come back to you in the weirdest way. I give them no stars and they don't have inclusive products for all people As I see I have to give him one star in order to post this but they don't deserve that.

I visited to find new makeup for an event this week, and everyone on the team was incredibly kind. Elisa assisted me and was amazing! She provided me with complete new makeup products, tailored to my needs and was so sweet. Even sent me home with a sample to test on my skin and I’m excited to try. Thanks to her, I had a great shopping experience and will definitely return!

Love this Sephora branch in Hoboken. The architectural details of the whole street gives it suburban Stockholm vibes. The service is excellent and the selections are wide and plentiful. This is a safe place and neighbourhood to shop at.

Rocio was beyond wonderful. I’m a guy and I don’t know much about skin care and wanted to start with basic sunscreen and from there she step by step gave me the break down of options and types of sunscreens and the differences in texture with each one! Been using the one she recommended for weeks now and it’s perfect!!! Thank you Rocio for saving my skin, it is so much better with just the spf!!!!

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend talking with him about your makeup needs. If they don't carry it there, he emails you the links to what he recommends that same day. He's precise about shades/colors/brightness, very professional and knowledgable. This is why in-person shopping is so important! Thanks Ryan!
